🚨 WE’RE HIRING | HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE

📍 Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Nahr - RIVER is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Representative with strong knowledge of the Jeddah & Western Region market and hands-on experience in HVAC Contracting Projects.

We are looking for someone who combines strong sales capabilities with solid HVAC technical understanding and can manage opportunities beyond product supply - including HVAC installation & execution projects.

🔹 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC Sales
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in Jeddah / Western Region
• Strong background in HVAC Contracting, not only product or equipment supply
• Good technical understanding of VRF, DX & Split Systems
• Experience selling HVAC installation, execution & contracting solutions
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi HVAC market and its key players
• Proven ability in Lead Generation, Business Development & Client Acquisition
• Existing network with Contractors, Consultants, Developers, Clients & Partners is highly preferred
• Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate technical & commercial offers
• Experience using CRM & ERP systems to manage opportunities and quotations
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Willingness to conduct regular client meetings, project visits & site visits
• Saudi driving license is preferred

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and identify new HVAC business opportunities
• Develop new clients and expand the company’s presence in Jeddah and the Western Region
• Conduct client, consultant and project visits
• Understand project requirements and propose suitable HVAC solutions
• Follow up on technical and commercial proposals
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Coordinate internally on HVAC contracting, installation and execution opportunities
• Maintain and develop relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and partners
• Manage sales opportunities through CRM and follow up offers through ERP
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
