تعلن PwC Middle East، إحدى شبكات الخدمات المهنية الرائدة عالمياً، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير مالي للشركات - الصفقات (Corporate Finance Director, Deals) في مكتبها بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يعمل الفريق المكون من 70 خبيراً في تمويل الشركات كمستشارين ماليين رئيسيين في عمليات الاستحواذ والبيع والشراكات وزيادة رأس المال، ويسعى إلى تعزيز النمو الاستراتيجي وخلق القيمة للعملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة عمليات بدء وتنفيذ صفقات الاندماج والاستحواذ والمشاريع المشتركة والشراكات، بما في ذلك الهيكلة والتفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات.
- تنفيذ الصفقات الحية للاستثمارات الواردة والصادرة للمستثمرين الاستراتيجيين والماليين.
- تقديم المشورة للشركات الناشئة التي تسعى إلى الحصول على رأس المال للنمو، وللمساهمين الذين يسعون إلى تحقيق القيمة من خلال إعادة الهيكلة والتصفية.
- تقييم القضايا الرئيسية للصفقة والمعوقات المحتملة.
- التفاوض على الأسعار ومراجعة الشروط التجارية مع المستشارين المؤسسيين والفرق القانونية.
- قيادة إعداد العروض التقديمية والاضطلاع بدور محوري في استقطاب الصفقات.
- التواصل مع الإدارة العليا وأصحاب الأعمال لتقييم الأداء والاعتبارات التجارية.
- تقديم تحليل تقييم موثوق لدعم اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة.
- المساهمة في فرق المتابعة وتطوير المقترحات بأساليب مبتكرة.
- تدريب وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق الأقل خبرة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة كبيرة في مجال تمويل الشركات أو الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية.
- خبرة قوية وقابلة للإثبات في مجال الاندماج والاستحواذ، بالإضافة إلى شبكة عملاء نشطة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- قدرة مثبتة على بدء الصفقات وتنفيذها.
- المرونة في السفر داخل منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأحياناً دولياً، مما قد يتطلب العمل بعيداً عن مكتب الأساسي بشكل منتظم وإقامة ليالٍ متكررة خارج المدينة.
- المؤهلات المهنية مثل CFA أو CPA أو CA أو MBA تعتبر مرغوبة للغاية.

Business Unit Overview
The 70-person PwC Corporate Finance team is the largest team in the region and acts as lead financial advisers on buy-side and sell-side transactions, supporting clients with acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and capital raising. We work with leading companies and investors to deliver strategic growth and value creation.
How You’ll Contribute
As a Corporate Finance Director in Riyadh, KSA, you’ll work as part of a market-leading team of deal makers from origination to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the origination and execution of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and partnerships, including structuring, negotiating, and closing deals
- Execute live transactions for inbound and outbound investments for strategic and financial investors
- Provide advice to emerging companies seeking growth capital and shareholders seeking value through restructuring and divestment
- Evaluate key deal issues and potential deal breakers
- Negotiate pricing and review commercial terms with corporate advisers and legal teams
- Lead the preparation of pitches and play a key role in deal origination
- Engage with senior management and business owners to assess performance and commercial considerations
- Deliver credible valuation analysis to support informed decision-making
- Contribute to pursuit teams and proposal development with innovative approaches
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Significant experience in corporate finance or investment banking
- Strong and demonstrable M&A experience and an active client network in Saudi Arabia
- Proven ability to originate and execute deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, CA, or MBA are highly regarded
- Your flexibility to travel within the Middle East region and occasionally internationally. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
