تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن توفر وظيفة Senior Quality Engineer (Saudi National) في مدينة تبوك، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة تطوير وتنفيذ وتحسين نظام إدارة الجودة للمشروع (PQMS) وفقاً لمعيار ISO 9001:2015.
  • تخطيط وقيادة عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي الشامل للجودة، وإدارة دورة حياة التدقيق بدءاً من الجدولة وحتى التحقق من إغلاق الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • مراجعة واعتماد خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs) وبيانات الطرق (Method Statements) ومستندات التقديم المادية.
  • قيادة التحقيقات في حالات فشل الجودة الكبيرة أو حالات عدم المطابقة المتكررة (NCRs)، ووضع استراتيجيات وقائية عالية المستوى لتخفيف المخاطر المستقبلية.
  • تمثيل قسم الجودة في الاجتماعات رفيعة المستوى مع العملاء والجهات الحكومية والمقاولين.
  • الإشراف على مهندسي ومفتشي الجودة المبتدئين وتوجيههم، وتعزيز ثقافة التميز التقني والنمو المهني.
  • تحليل مؤشرات الجودة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لتوفير رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ لمدير المشروع حول اتجاهات الجودة وأداء المقاولين.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الجنسية السعودية.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (مدنية، ميكانيكية، أو كهربائية) من مؤسسة معترف بها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 إلى 10 سنوات في أدوار ضمان الجودة / مراقبة الجودة، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب كبير أو قيادي في مشاريع إنشائية كبرى.
  • خبرة واسعة في الكودات الدولية (ASTM، ACI، AWS) والكود السعودي للبناء (SBC).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان اللغة العربية كلغة أم، وإجادة مهنية للغة الإنجليزية (الكتابة الفنية والعروض التقديمية).
  • قدرة قوية على إدارة علاقات المقاولين والتأثير على نتائج المشروع دون سلطة مباشرة.
  • إلمام ببرامج إدارة الجودة، والتكامل مع BIM لتتبع الجودة، وأدوات تحليل البيانات المتقدمة.
  • عقلية استراتيجية قادرة على الموازنة بين متطلبات الجودة الصارمة وجداول المشروع الزمنية.

Job Description

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Engineer (Saudi National) to lead quality assurance and control efforts on our flagship infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for the strategic implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and for providing leadership in maintaining the rigorous standards required for the Kingdom’s Giga-projects. As a Senior member of the team, you will act as the primary authority for quality compliance, ensuring that all project deliverables exceed client expectations and adhere to Vision 2030’s benchmark for excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • QMS Leadership: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
  • Audit Management: Plan and lead comprehensive internal and external quality audits. Manage the audit lifecycle from scheduling to the verification of closed corrective actions.
  • Technical Oversight: Review and approve complex Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Material Submittals.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into significant quality failures or recurring non-conformances (NCRs), developing high-level preventive strategies to mitigate future risks.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Represent the Quality department in high-level meetings with clients, government authorities, and contractors.
  • Team Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior quality engineers and inspectors, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
  • Reporting: Analyze quality metrics and KPIs to provide the Project Director with actionable insights regarding quality trends and contractor performance.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity on major construction projects.
  • Standards Knowledge: Extensive expertise in international codes (ASTM, ACI, AWS) and the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
