Advanced Aircraft Technology (AAT) is pleased to announce an employment opportunity for the position of IT Specialist for Saudi nationals to join our team.

• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.

• Manage and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices.

• Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications.

• Candidates must have experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Odoo and SAP.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels to systems.

• Support and manage IT networks, communications, and IT infrastructure.

• Monitor system, network performance, and troubleshoot technical issues and failures.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.

• Manage and monitor IT assets, hardware, and software.

• Monitor software licenses, subscriptions, and IT services.

• Coordinate with service providers and vendors to resolve technical issues and deliver required services.

• Perform data backups and follow business continuity procedures in accordance with company policies.

• Implement and monitor information security policies and procedures.

• Prepare and update IT documentation, procedures, and records.

• Prepare technical and periodic reports for the IT Department.

• Follow up on technical support requests and ensure they are resolved and closed within the required timeframe.

• Support IT system and network development and upgrade projects.

• Comply with information security and data protection policies and procedures.

• Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by the direct manager.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• The candidate must be a Saudi national.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues.

• Experience with operating systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.

• Experience in Technical Support, IT Infrastructure, and Network Support.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.

• Good knowledge of user account, permissions, and access management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information and data.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
