شركة نيوم تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة قائد مهندس كهربائي في مدينة تبوك اوكساجون السعودية، ضمن فريق تشغيل شركة نيوم للهيدروجين الأخضر (NGHC). سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن مراجعة تصاميم الأنظمة الكهربائية، ودعم الاختبارات والتشغيل وبدء التشغيل، وتقديم الدعم الفني لفريق التشغيل طوال دورة حياة المعدات لضمان عمليات آمنة وموثوقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة الفعالة في برامج السلامة بالقسم/المصنع وتعزيز قواعد السلامة واللوائح والامتثال البيئي.
- ضمان امتثال جميع التصاميم والأنظمة للمعايير واللوائح الصناعية ذات الصلة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات وعمليات الحفظ والصيانة المناسبة لجميع المعدات الكهربائية في الموقع.
- إعداد نطاق العمل للإغلاق/التوقف لتعزيز توافر وسلامة المعدات.
- دعم/قيادة التحقيقات المتعلقة بالمعدات الكهربائية وتطوير إجراءات المتابعة.
- تقديم الدعم الفني لفريق التشغيل طوال دورة حياة المعدات الكهربائية وتحليل أدائها وظروف تشغيلها.
- ضمان سلامة وموثوقية المعدات الكهربائية في الموقع ومراقبة صحتها وأدائها.
- إجراء دراسات هندسية وتحليلات قائمة على المخاطر وتقديم توصيات لتحسين أداء وكفاءة المعدات.
- المساعدة في تطوير برامج الصيانة الوقائية/التنبؤية للمعدات الكهربائية.
- استكشاف أعطال المعدات الكهربائية وحلها وتقديم الدعم الهندسي لقطع الغيار والإصلاح والترقيات والخدمات الميدانية.
- تطوير ونشر أفضل الممارسات القياسية وتقديم الدعم الميداني لحل المشكلات عند حدوثها.
- المشاركة في تشغيل وبدء تشغيل المصانع وتقديم التوضيحات الفنية والموافقات للموردين.
- تقديم التدريب الفني للمهندسين وموظفي التشغيل والصيانة والعمل على التفاصيل الهندسية للمعدات الكهربائية.
- الدعم أثناء حالات الطوارئ في المصنع وتحليل/استكشاف الأعطال في أي من معدات المصنع.
- إعداد نطاق العمل للإصلاحات الخارجية والإصلاحات الكبرى وعقود الخدمة المركزية للمعدات الكهربائية الحرجة مثل UPS والمحركات والمحولات والمقومات إلخ.
- الخبرة في السلامة الكهربائية وتصنيف المناطق الخطرة وأنظمة الحماية والمحركات وأنظمة التيار المتردد/المستمر وتحليل أنظمة الطاقة والدراسات الكهربائية والمعايير الصناعية.
- إدارة المقاولين الذين يقدمون خدمات الصيانة الكهربائية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في دور وظيفي مماثل.
- خبرة إدارية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- السفر مطلوب بنسبة 5% (دولي/إقليمي).
- يقدم التقارير إلى مدير عمليات NGHC.
- يتعاون مع شركة Air Products والمقاولين الهندسيين الرئيسيين والموردين ومديري العمليات وموظفي التشغيل والصيانة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في التركيب الميداني والصيانة وبدء التشغيل والاختبار للأنظمة الكهربائية الصناعية في صناعة النفط والغاز.
- خبرة ومعرفة بالعمل مع تركيب وصيانة واستكشاف أعطال مفاتيح الجهد المنخفض/العالي والمحولات والمحركات وUPS والمقومات والحمايات الكهربائية.
- القدرة على إجراء تحليل الأعطال وتقديم توصيات للمعدات الكهربائية التالفة.
- معرفة بعمليات مصانع الهيدروجين/الأمونيا/ASU تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع مشغلي المصنع ومهندسي التحكم والإنتاج ومهندسي العمليات وإدارة المصنع.
- القدرة على إجراء تقييم الصحة والحالة للأصول الحرجة مثل مفاتيح الجهد والمحركات والمحولات وأنظمة التيار المستمر.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be part of NGHC (Neom Green Hydrogen Company) Operations.
Will be based in Neom Region, KSA and will work on Electrical systems design review, supporting the testing, commissioning and start-up of equipment/plants and providing technical support to the operation team during the entire lifecycle of the equipment to guarantee reliable and safe operations.
NATURE & SCOPE
The main functions of this position are:
- Participate actively in department/plant safety programs. Promote safety rules and regulations as well as environmental compliance.
- Ensure all designs and systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement procedures and processes for the proper preservation and maintenance of all electrical equipment on the site.
- Provide shutdown / turnaround scope of work for the electrical systems/equipment to ensure and enhance availability and integrity of plant and equipment.
- Support / lead investigations that relate to electrical equipment, including the development and implementation of follow up actions.
- Provide technical support to the operation team during the entire lifecycle of the electrical equipment, analysing their performances and operative conditions to guarantee reliable and safe operations.
- Ensure integrity and reliability of electrical equipment in the site.
- Monitor equipment health and performance.
- Conduct engineering study & risk-based analysis and make recommendations to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
- Assist in the development of preventative/predictive maintenance programs for electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical equipment failures & performance.
- Responsible for providing engineering support for spares, repairs, upgrades, and field service of all types of electrical equipment.
- Development and deploy standard best practices.
- Provide hands on and supervision support as required to resolve electrical equipment field problems as they occur.
- Participate in plants commissioning and start-up.
- Provide technical clarification and approval with vendor for requisition as needed.
- Provide technical training to engineers, operation and maintenance personnel.
- Work on engineering detail of the electrical equipment, including technical specification.
- On-call support during plant emergency shutdowns, analysing/troubleshooting trips on any plant equipment.
- Develop SOW for any external repairs on electrical equipment.
- Develop SOW for major overhauls or TA.
- Develop SOW for a centralized PM service contract for critical electrical equipment such as UPS, Motors, transformers, rectifiers, etc.
- Expertise in electrical safety, hazardous area classification, protection systems, motors, AC/DC systems, power system analysis, electrical studies, and industry standards.

JOB PURPOSE / ROLE
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
- The candidate will participate actively in the design review, the Factory Acceptance Tests, commissioning, and start-up of the electrical equipment for the largest H2 production site in the world, which will incorporate H2, ammonia and ASU production units.
- Will contribute to develop the preventive maintenance plans and the necessary procedures and policies for the correct use and maintainability of all the electrical equipment.
- This position will report to NGHC Operations Director.
People Management
- Will manage the contractors that provide electrical maintenance services.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION and/or QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
MINIMUM YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR JOB ROLE: 10.
MINIMUM YEARS OF MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE: 5.
TRAVEL REQUIRED: 5%.
LOCATION OF TRAVEL: International / Regional.
Profile description:
SKILLS / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AREAS:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Demonstrated safe work skills.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in field installation, maintenance, start-up, commissioning, and testing of industrial electrical systems in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledgeable and experienced working with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LV/HV switchgear, transformers, motors, UPS, rectifiers and electrical protections.
- Be able to conduct failure analysis and provide recommendations for failed electrical equipment.
- Process knowledge relating to Hydrogen/Ammonia/ASU plant operations is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with plant operators, process control engineers, production engineers, plant process engineers and plant management.
- Able to conduct health and condition assessment on critical assets such as switchgear, motors, transformers and DC systems.
- Desire to identify, develop and implement performance improvements for our plants.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks as scheduled is required.
- Experience of mentoring / coaching less experienced Maintenance Supervisors, Planners and Electrical technicians.
- Familiarity with the industry codes and standards.
- Flexible attitude, with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to effectively work and communicate within a multi-cultural environment.
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies.
- Experience in electrical equipment preservation.
