تسعى شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط إلى توظيف مهندس الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) سعودي الجنسية للمشاركة في مشروع بنية تحتية رئيسي في الرياض، ضمن فريق إدارة المشاريع وإدارة الإنشاءات (PMCM).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة الامتثال لمتطلبات HSE الخاصة بالمشروع ومعايير العميل واللوائح السعودية.
- إجراء تفتيشات ومراجعات وتقييمات سلامة ميدانية دورية.
- مراجعة خطط HSE الخاصة بالمقاولين وتقييمات المخاطر وطرق العمل والتصاريح.
- تحديد الممارسات والظروف غير الآمنة وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- المشاركة في تحقيقات الحوادث والإصابات والحوادث الوشيكة وإعداد التقارير.
- مراقبة الأنشطة عالية الخطورة مثل الحفر وعمليات الرفع والعمل في الأماكن المغلقة والعمل على الارتفاعات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات HSE وسجلات التفتيش وملاحظات السلامة وتقارير الامتثال.
- دعم أنشطة الاستعداد للطوارئ والمشاركة في التدريبات الطارئة.
- إجراء تعريفات السلامة والمحاضرات التوعوية وحملات التوعية.
- مراقبة الامتثال البيئي وإدارة النفايات والنظافة العامة وإجراءات مكافحة التلوث.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن وأصحاب المصلحة في قضايا HSE.
- إعداد تقارير أداء HSE يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية.
- تعزيز ثقافة سلامة استباقية والتحسين المستمر في جميع أنحاء المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية (إلزامي).
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو العلوم البيئية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- حامل لتسجيل الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) في تخصص الصحة والسلامة.
- شهادة NEBOSH IGC أو IOSH أو OSHA أو ما يعادلها في الصحة والسلامة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في HSE في مشاريع بنية تحتية كبرى أو مشاريع إنشاءات مدنية.
- يفضل خبرة في بيئة استشارات إدارة المشاريع وإدارة الإنشاءات (PMCM).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بممارسات السلامة في الإنشاءات وتقييم المخاطر والتحقيق في الحوادث.
- دراية بلوائح HSE السعودية والمعايير الدولية.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة إضافية).

WSP is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project in Riyadh. Working within the Project Management and Construction Management (PMCM) team, the HSE Engineer will be responsible for monitoring contractor compliance, conducting site inspections, identifying risks, and promoting a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across the project. Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with project HSE requirements, client standards, and Saudi regulations.
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and safety assessments.
- Review contractor HSE plans, risk assessments, method statements, and permits.
- Identify unsafe acts and conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Participate in incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and prepare reports.
- Monitor high-risk activities including excavation, lifting operations, confined space entry, and work at height.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection logs, safety observations, and compliance reports.
- Support emergency preparedness activities and participate in emergency drills.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
- Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, housekeeping, and pollution control measures.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders on HSE matters.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE performance reports.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across the project.
- Saudi National (mandatory).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Must hold a valid SCE Registration in Health & Safety.
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification.
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience on major infrastructure or civil construction projects.
- Experience working within a PMCM consultancy environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Familiarity with Saudi HSE regulations and international standards.
- Good communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
