شركة سعودي جولد ريفاينري (SGR) المتخصصة في تكرير الذهب والمعادن الثمينة ومقرها الرياض، تعلن عن حاجتها إلى مشرف عمليات الموارد البشرية (HR Operations Supervisor) للإشراف على تنفيذ كشوف الرواتب، الامتثال الحكومي، وإدارة دورة حياة الموظفين بما يتوافق مع أنظمة وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية وقانون العمل السعودي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التحقق من بيانات الحضور الشهري والإضافي والورديات لضمان دقة معالجة الرواتب لجميع فئات الموظفين.
  • إدارة التفاعل مع منصات وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية (Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad) لضمان الامتثال في إصدار التأشيرات وحماية الأجور.
  • الإشراف على عمليات إنهاء الخدمة والاستلام بما في ذلك الفحوصات الطبية، إصدار الإقامة، وحسابات التسوية النهائية.
  • الحفاظ على دقة البيانات الأساسية للموظفين في نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية لدعم إعداد التقارير والجاهزية للتدقيق.
  • الإشراف على منسقي الموارد البشرية من خلال توزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء وتوفير التدريب على التحديثات التنظيمية.
  • تقديم أدلة موثقة لمعاملات الموارد البشرية وإجراءات الامتثال أثناء التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • ست سنوات من الخبرة في عمليات الموارد البشرية مع سنتين في دور إشرافي.
  • خبرة شاملة في منصات الحكومة السعودية: Qiwa، Mudad، Muqeem، وGOSI.
  • معرفة متعمقة بقانون العمل السعودي ونظام حماية الأجور.
  • خبرة في إدارة مدخلات الرواتب للقوى العاملة الصناعية بنظام الورديات.
  • إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Excel وخبرة مع أنظمة HRIS رئيسية.
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية للتواصل مع الجهات الرسمية والموظفين.
  • قدرة مثبتة على الحفاظ على السرية والتعامل الآمن مع بيانات الموظفين الحساسة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في قطاعات التعدين أو التكرير أو التصنيع في المملكة العربية السعودية (مفضلة).
  • الإلمام بنظام Jisr (مفضل).
  • شهادة احترافية مثل SHRM-CP أو CIPD Level 5 (مفضل).
  • سجل ناجح في إدارة التدقيق في عمليات الموارد البشرية (مفضل).

Role Overview

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) is seeking a HR Operations Supervisor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to oversee the execution of payroll, government compliance, and employee lifecycle transactions. This role ensures accurate processing of compensation and benefits for our refining and corporate workforce in strict adherence to Saudi Labor Law. The position requires meticulous management of government portals including Qiwa, Mudad, and GOSI to maintain regulatory standing.


The HR Operations Supervisor will report directly to the HR Operations Manager and will play a key role in maintaining data integrity across all HR systems. This position drives operational efficiency by standardizing processes for onboarding, offboarding, and visa management while ensuring zero compliance gaps.


Key Responsibilities

The following responsibilities define the core operational mandates for this position.

Payroll Validation

The role validates monthly attendance, overtime, and shift differential data to ensure accurate payroll processing for all employee categories.

Government Compliance

This position manages all interactions with MHRSD platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad to ensure timely visa and wage protection compliance.

Employee Lifecycle

The supervisor oversees end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes including medical checks, Iqama issuance, and final settlement calculations.

Data Integrity

The role maintains accurate employee master data in the HRIS to support reliable reporting and audit readiness.

Team Supervision

This position supervises HR coordinators by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training on regulatory updates.

Audit Support

The supervisor provides documented evidence of HR transactions and compliance measures during internal and external audits.

Process Optimization

The role identifies inefficiencies in current HR workflows and implements standardized procedures to reduce processing time.

Stakeholder Coordination

This position collaborates with Finance and HSE departments to align payroll inputs with cost centers and safety certification requirements.


Qualifications

●     Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

●     Six years of HR operations experience with two years in a supervisory role.

●     Expertise in Saudi government platforms including Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and GOSI.

●     Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Wage Protection System requirements.

●     Experience managing payroll inputs for shift-based industrial workforces.

●     Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with major HRIS platforms.

●     Fluency in English and Arabic for effective communication with authorities and staff.

●     Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data securely.


Preferred / Nice-to-have

●     Experience in the mining, refining, or manufacturing sectors in Saudi Arabia.

●     Familiarity with Jisr system.

●     Certification such as SHRM-CP or CIPD Level 5.

●     Track record of successful audit management in HR operations.


Success Metrics

●     Zero violations in Wage Protection System submissions over twelve months.

●     Payroll error rate maintained below 1% per cycle.

●     100% timely renewal of visas and work permits for expatriate staff.

●     Improvement or maintenance of Green/Platinum Nitaqat status.

●     Reduction in average onboarding processing time by 20%.
