نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نوسع نطاق البنية التحتية للوساطة في السعودية، ونبحث عن مدير عمليات وساطة يساهم في بناء وتوسيع نموذج التشغيل المحلي من الصفر. هذا الدور عملي للغاية ويتطلب خبرة في عمليات الوساطة والأسواق المالية السعودية، مع شغف بإنشاء الإجراءات والضوابط والبنية التشغيلية اللازمة لدعم نمو أعمال Alpaca في السعودية. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع قيادة عمليات الوساطة والفرق متعددة الوظائف لتطوير إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) وإجراءات الإشراف الكتابية (WSPs).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في بناء وتشغيل وظيفة عمليات الوساطة السعودية من الصفر.
- تطوير وتوثيق وتنفيذ وتحسين إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) وإجراءات الإشراف الكتابية (WSPs) والضوابط التشغيلية وإجراءات التصعيد للأنشطة الوساطية السعودية.
- دعم العمليات اليومية للأسهم السعودية، بما في ذلك دورة حياة التداول وسير العمل التشغيلي بعد التداول.
- إدارة والإشراف على عمليات النقد وحركة الأموال، بما في ذلك الإيداعات والسحوبات والتمويل والأنشطة المتعلقة بالتسوية والتسويات والاستثناءات.
- مراقبة النشاط التشغيلي اليومي والتقارير، والتحقيق في الفروقات والاستثناءات، والتنسيق لحلها في الوقت المناسب.

- دعم إطلاق المنتجات والأسواق الجديدة من خلال تحديد المتطلبات التشغيلية والضوابط والاختبارات وإجراءات الاستعداد.
- العمل كخبير تشغيلي في عمليات الوساطة السعودية والمساعدة في استكشاف المشكلات المعقدة عند ظهورها.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق والطلبات التنظيمية واختبارات الضوابط والمبادرات التشغيلية الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
- تحمل مسؤوليات ومشاريع جديدة مع استمرار نمو أعمال Alpaca في السعودية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 7+ سنوات في عمليات الوساطة أو الأوراق المالية أو أسواق رأس المال أو الخدمات المالية، مع خبرة مباشرة في السوق السعودي (مفضلة بشدة).
- خبرة عملية في دعم الأسهم وعمليات الوساطة وعمليات التداول وعمليات النقد أو تسوية الأوراق المالية.
- فهم قوي لدورة حياة التداول والتسوية والتسويات وحركة النقد والأموال وإدارة الاستثناءات التشغيلية.
- خبرة في تطوير أو تنفيذ أو صيانة الإجراءات التشغيلية وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) والضوابط أو التوثيق الإشرافي.
- الإلمام بالنظام البيئي للأسواق المالية السعودية والممارسات السوقية المحلية والبنية التحتية للسوق ذات الصلة.
- قدرة مثبتة على التحقيق في المشكلات التشغيلية وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية ودفع الحلول حتى الانتهاء.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والدقة والوعي بالمخاطر التشغيلية.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة سريعة التغير حيث لا تزال العمليات والبنية التحتية قيد التطوير.
- مهارات تواصل قوية عبر الوظائف المختلفة والقدرة على التعاون بفعالية مع فرق المنتج والهندسة والامتثال والمالية والخزانة وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- عقلية بناءة مع اهتمام أو خبرة في إنشاء عمليات قابلة للتطوير بدلاً من العمل ضمن عمليات قائمة فقط.
- القدرة على تحمل المسؤولية والعمل بشكل مستقل والتكيف مع تطور بيئة الأعمال والتنظيم.

- (مفضل) خبرة في العمل مع شركات الوساطة السعودية أو البنوك الحافظة أو البورصات أو البنية التحتية للسوق المالي.
- (مفضل) الإلمام بالمتطلبات التشغيلية المرتبطة بالسوق المالية السعودية (تداول) والبنية التحتية لتسوية الأوراق المالية المحلية.
- (مفضل) خبرة في المساعدة على إطلاق عملية وساطة جديدة أو سوق أو منتج أو كيان قانوني أو وظيفة تشغيلية.
- (مفضل) خبرة في شركة تكنولوجيا مالية أو شركة وساطة أو شركة مقاصة أو بنك حافظ أو بورصة أو مؤسسة مالية تقودها التكنولوجيا.
- (مفضل) خبرة في تصميم الضوابط التشغيلية والتسويات والتقارير والمقاييس وأطر التصعيد.
- (مفضل) خبرة في تحديد وتنفيذ الأتمتة أو تحسينات العمليات ضمن عمليات الوساطة.

Things You Get To Do:
- Help build and operate Alpaca’s Saudi brokerage operations function from the ground up.
- Develop, document, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, WSPs, operational controls, and escalation procedures for Saudi brokerage activities.
- Support day-to-day operations for Saudi equities, including trade lifecycle and post-trade operational workflows.
- Manage and oversee cash and money movement processes, including deposits, withdrawals, funding, settlement-related activity, reconciliations, and exceptions.
- Monitor daily operational activity and reporting, investigate breaks and exceptions, and coordinate timely resolution.
- Support operational processes involving Saudi market infrastructure, counterparties, banking partners, and other brokerage partners.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, and other teams to design scalable operational workflows as Alpaca expands its Saudi offering.
- Establish appropriate operational controls, documentation, reporting, service levels, and escalation frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Support new product and market launches by defining operational requirements, controls, testing, and readiness procedures.
- Serve as an operational subject-matter expert for Saudi brokerage processes and help troubleshoot complex issues as they arise.
- Support audits, regulatory requests, control testing, and other operational initiatives as needed.
- Take ownership of new responsibilities and projects as Alpaca’s Saudi business continues to grow.
- 3-7+ years of experience in brokerage, securities, capital markets, or financial-services operations, with direct Saudi market experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience supporting equities, brokerage operations, trade operations, cash operations, or securities settlement.
- Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement, reconciliations, cash and money movements, and operational exception management.
- Experience developing, implementing, or maintaining operational procedures, SOPs, controls, or supervisory documentation.
- Familiarity with the Saudi financial markets ecosystem, local market practices, and relevant market infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and drive issues through resolution.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and operational risk awareness.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment where processes and infrastructure may still be under development.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, and other stakeholders.
- A builder mindset, with demonstrated interest or experience creating scalable processes rather than solely operating within established ones.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and adapt as the business and regulatory environment evolves.
- Direct experience with Saudi equities and brokerage operations.
- Experience working with Saudi brokerages, custodians, banks, exchanges, or other financial-market infrastructure providers.
- Familiarity with the operational requirements associated with the Saudi Exchange and local securities settlement infrastructure.
- Experience helping launch a new brokerage operation, market, product, legal entity, or operational function.
- Experience within a fintech, broker-dealer, clearing firm, custodian, exchange, or technology-driven financial institution.
- Experience designing operational controls, reconciliations, reporting, metrics, and escalation frameworks.
- Experience identifying and implementing automation or process improvements within brokerage operations.
- Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
