شركة BRAU تبحث عن أخصائي أظافر (Nail Technician) للعمل في الرياض، مع التركيز على تقديم خدمات أظافر استثنائية مع خلق تجربة ترحيبية وشخصية لكل عميل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمات الأظافر التالية: مانيكير، باديكير، وخدمات إزالة الطلاء.
- تقديم استشارات ونصائح مهنية للعملاء حول الإجراءات اللازمة.
- شرح الإجراءات للعملاء لضمان الفهم المتبادل للعلاجات.
- معالجة احتياجات العملاء ومخاوفهم بكفاءة وفعالية لتحويل العملاء غير الراضين إلى زوار دائمين.
- بناء علاقات جيدة مع العملاء وضمان الاحتفاظ بهم.
- الترويج وبيع المنتجات والخدمات والباقات الإضافية عند الحاجة.
- إدارة والحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب الصالون.
- تحديد وتقديم علاجات تجميلية جديدة ومبتكرة وفقًا لاتجاهات السوق.
- إجراء العلاجات المذكورة على أي عميل داخل صالون Brau فقط.

The Nail Technician is responsible for delivering exceptional nail services while creating a welcoming, personalised experience for every client at Brau. They combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service, maintain the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism, and build lasting client relationships that reflect Brau's premium brand and commitment to excellence.

- Performing the following nail services: manicure, pedicure and removal services.
- Provide consultation and offer professional advice to clients on necessary procedures.
- Walk clients through procedures to ensure mutual understanding regarding treatments.
- Address clients’ needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into return guests.
- Build rapport and establish good relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
- Promote and up-sell products, services and packages where necessary.
- Manage and maintain the salon’s tidiness and cleanliness.
- Identifying and rolling out new and innovative beauty treatments as per market trends.
- Perform the above treatments on any customer in the Brau salon only.
- Participate in marketing events, including but not limited to pop-ups, complementary treatments for influencers and models, and photo shoots.
- Provide training to Brau artists when required and monitor artists to always ensure a high-quality level of treatment.
- Treatments are to be performed exclusively at Brau salon only.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Nail Technician
- Strong communication and customer service standards
- Fluent and confident communicating in English
- Sales driven
- Flexibility on working days and shifts
- Knowledge of salon services, products, and professional standards
