المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع مدير المتجر لقيادة الورديات ودعم أعضاء الفريق وإلهامهم لتحقيق أفضل لحظات تجربة ستاربكس للعملاء والزملاء.
- تحديد الأولويات والموارد لتوزيع المهام وتفويضها، مع العمل على تعزيز ربحية المتجر.
- تحفيز فريق المتجر لضمان تجربة مثالية للعملاء، بما في ذلك توقع المشكلات المحتملة والتكيف معها وحلها فوراً لتحسين تجربة العميل.
- استغلال اللحظات القابلة للتعليم لمشاركة أفضل الممارسات مع الفريق.
- تنفيذ عمليات المتجر خلال المناوبات المقررة، بما في ذلك تنظيم مهام الفتح والإغلاق.
- ضمان اتباع جميع أعضاء الفريق لسياسات وإجراءات ستاربكس التشغيلية، بما في ذلك التعامل مع النقدية والسلامة والأمن، لضمان سلامة الجميع خلال كل وردية.
- تقديم مشروبات ومنتجات غذائية عالية الجودة بشكل متسق لجميع العملاء، مع الالتزام بمعايير الوصفات والعرض التقديمي، واتباع إرشادات الصحة والسلامة والنظافة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في التدريب أو الإشراف في دور يتعامل مع العملاء.
- القدرة على إدارة الورديات مع وضع العميل في صميم العمل، من خلال تدريب الفريق وخلق بيئة تعليمية إيجابية.
- خبرة في قيادة الأنشطة التشغيلية في بيئة البيع بالتجزئة أو الضيافة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- المرونة في العمل خلال أوقات مختلفة تشمل الصباح الباكر والمساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a shift supervisor, you’ll take the lead of the shift, working with your team of baristas to create the Starbucks Experience for our customers with high quality service, beverages, and products.

- Collaborating with the Store Manager, leading great shifts, supporting partners, and inspiring best moments and the Starbucks Experience for our partners and customers
- Setting priorities and resources to determine roles and delegate tasks, looking at ways to drive the profitability of your store
- Inspiring and motivating the store team to make every moment right for our partners and customers, including pre-empting and adapting to any potential issues and addressing/resolving any that arise to optimise the customer experience
- Identifying teachable moments to share best practices with the team
- Executing store operations during scheduled shifts, including organising opening and closing duties
- Ensuring all partners follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
- Providing quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
