تعلن شركة سيمنز للطاقة (Siemens Energy) عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي خدمة ميدانية - توربينات الغاز - عامل صفائح فولاذية (Field Service Specialist - Gas Turbines - Steel Plate Fitter) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتضمن يوم عملك تنفيذ أنشطة الخدمة الميدانية المعقدة والفنية لتوربينات الغاز في المواقع، مع ضمان التشغيل الآمن والفعال من خلال تطبيق خبرتك الفنية المتخصصة. ستقوم بشكل استباقي بتحديد واستكشاف وحل مشكلات المعدات المعقدة، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة لتقليل وقت التوقف والحفاظ على الموثوقية التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح والتعديل المتخصصة لتوربينات الغاز والمولدات في محطات توليد الطاقة التابعة للعملاء داخل المملكة العربية السعودية ودولياً.
- التعاون الوثيق مع قادة الورديات الميدانية ومهندسي الخدمة الميدانية مع ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة والمشاريع الخاصة بشركة سيمنز للطاقة.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير الصيانة التفصيلية وسجلات الجودة والوثائق الفنية، باستخدام الرسومات الهندسية ومخططات التركيب.
- قيادة والإشراف على المقاولين من الباطن، وتعزيز برامج السلامة، وإجراء تقييمات المخاطر، وضمان الاستخدام السليم لمعدات الحماية الشخصية للحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة.
- تنفيذ الأنشطة الميكانيكية الحرجة مثل محاذاة الانتقالات وأنظمة هواء التبريد وأنابيب اللهب، وتركيب مكونات الموقد، وأعمال قطع المعادن والطحن والتشكيل والتحضير للحام.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات كعامل صفائح فولاذية (Steel Plate Fitter)، مع خبرة في قطع وإصلاح وطحن وتشكيل الصفائح الفولاذية.
- يفضل حاصل على دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية، مع خبرة عملية في العمل على توربينات الغاز الكبيرة، خاصة وحدات الإطار المتقدم (4000F) والإطار V (2000E).
- القدرة على تفسير واتباع الرسومات الفنية والمخططات وتعليمات العمل، مع مهارات تواصل شفهية قوية.
- الاستعداد للسفر المكثف (70% سفر، 200-250 يومًا سنويًا) والعمل في مهام طويلة المدى محليًا ودوليًا، بما في ذلك المناوبات النهارية والليلية.
- مدرب وملِم بمبادئ استبعاد المواد الغريبة (FME)، ودخول الأماكن المغلقة، والعمل على الارتفاعات، مع الالتزام القوي بالسلامة وأفضل ممارسات الخدمة الميدانية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة متخصصة في قطع وإصلاح وطحن وتشكيل الصفائح الفولاذية.
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الفنية والمخططات وتعليمات العمل.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية قوية.
- المعرفة والتدريب في استبعاد المواد الغريبة (FME)، ودخول الأماكن المغلقة، والعمل على الارتفاعات.
- الالتزام بقواعد السلامة وأفضل ممارسات الخدمة الميدانية.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Perform specialized gas turbine and generator maintenance, repair, and modification activities at customer power plants across KSA and internationally.
- Collaborate closely with FS Shift Leads and Field Service Engineers while ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy quality, EHS, and project procedures.
- Prepare and submit detailed maintenance reports, quality records, and technical documentation, utilizing engineering drawings and installation schematics.
- Lead and supervise subcontractors, promote safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and ensure proper use of PPE to maintain a safe work environment.
- Execute critical mechanical activities including alignment of transitions, cooling air systems and flame tubes, installation of burner components, and metal cutting, grinding, forming, and welding preparation work.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Steel Plate Fitter, with expertise in steel plate cutting, repair, grinding, forming, and cutting operations.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred, with hands-on experience working on large gas turbines, particularly Advanced Frame (4000F) and V-Frame (2000E) units.
- Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions, with strong communication and verbal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (70% travel, 200-250 days per year) and work long-duration assignments domestically and internationally, including day and night shifts.
- Trained and knowledgeable in Foreign Material Exclusion (FME), Confined Space Entry, and Working at Height, with a strong commitment to safety and field service best practices.
