We're Hiring: Product Manager*

*About the Role:*

The Product Manager will serve as the link between the technical team and other departments, translating company goals and customer needs into clear requirements and priorities that drive product development and improve customer experience.

*Responsibilities:*

- Understand company vision and translate it into clear technical requirements

- Gather, analyze, and document customer and department needs

- Prioritize development work in coordination with the technical team

- Analyze feature usage and identify improvement opportunities

- Map the customer journey and address drop-off points

- Oversee testing and release of updates, and measure their impact

*What We're Looking For:*

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

- Experience in product management or a related field

- Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills

- Solid understanding of customer journey and user experience
