تعلن شركة SylvCare لتوظيف الكوادر الصحية (SylvCare for Healthcare Recruitment) عن فرصة عمل لوظيفة مساعد طبيب أسنان (Dental Assistant) في عيادة أسنان خاصة راقية بمدينة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. نبحث عن مرشح يجمع بين المهارات القوية في مساعدة الطبيب بجانب الكرسي وأسلوب هادئ ومهتم براحة المرضى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجهيز غرف العلاج والأدوات والمواد اللازمة لإجراءات الأسنان.
- مساعدة أطباء الأسنان أثناء الفحوصات والعلاجات.
- اتباع إجراءات مكافحة العدوى والتعقيم.
- دعم تجهيز المرضى، تقديم تعليمات ما بعد العلاج، وتوثيق السجلات السريرية بدقة.
- المساعدة في الحفاظ على بيئة عيادية منظمة ومرحبة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل مناسب في مساعد طب الأسنان (Dental Assisting).
- تسجيل ساري المفعول لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS)، أو القدرة على الحصول عليه.
- خبرة سابقة في مساعدة الطبيب بجانب الكرسي (chairside) في عيادة أسنان؛ الخبرة في العيادات الخاصة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، وأسلوب يركز على المريض.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق أسنان متعدد التخصصات.

Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental procedures.
- Assist dentists during examinations and treatments.
- Follow infection prevention and sterilization procedures.
- Support patient preparation, aftercare instructions, and accurate clinical documentation.
- Help maintain an organised, welcoming clinic environment.
- Relevant dental assisting qualification.
- Current Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration, or eligibility to obtain it.
- Previous chairside experience in a dental clinic; private clinic experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient focused manner.
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary dental team.
