انضم إلى شركة MBRF، إحدى أكبر شركات الأغذية في العالم، في دور أخصائي ميكروبيولوجي (Microbiologist - GF) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. سنعمل معًا على ضمان جودة وسلامة المنتجات من خلال التحاليل الميكروبيولوجية الدقيقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استلام وتحضير واختبار العينات وفق خطط أخذ العينات المعتمدة والإجراءات المخبرية ومتطلبات الأيزو والمعايير التنظيمية المطبقة.
- إجراء التحاليل الميكروبيولوجية للمنتجات النهائية والمواد الخام والمكونات والمياه والأسطح والهواء والمواد المعاد تصنيعها وغيرها من العينات مع ضمان التتبع الكامل أثناء عملية الاختبار.
- مراجعة وتفسير وتقييم النتائج المخبرية مقابل المعايير المحددة، وتحديد الانحرافات وإبلاغ النتائج إلى ضمان الجودة والجهات المعنية.
- إعداد واعتماد التقارير المخبرية، والحفاظ على سجلات اختبار دقيقة، وتقديم رؤى تحليلية واتجاهات وتقارير لدعم قرارات العمل.
- تنسيق أنشطة الاختبار المختبري لضمان نتائج دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب، ودعم التحقيقات في مشكلات جودة المنتج أو العملية.
- الحفاظ على التوثيق المختبري والتتبع عبر أنظمة LIMS و SAP وغيرها من أنظمة إدارة الجودة.
- دعم اختبارات الكفاءة والأنشطة المخبرية الخارجية ودراسات التحقق والتدقيق الفني.
- التعاون مع الإنتاج وضمان الجودة والبحث والتطوير وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لدعم تطوير المنتجات الجديدة واعتماد الموردين ومبادرات الجودة.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر لأنظمة الجودة المخبرية وفقًا لمعايير ISO 17025 والممارسات المخبرية الجيدة ومعايير الشركة.
- ضمان معايرة وصيانة وتشغيل المعدات المخبرية بشكل فعال، وإدارة المواد الاستهلاكية والمواد الكيميائية والوسائط والموارد المخبرية.
- تعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة ونظيفة ومتوافقة مع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وسلامة الأغذية والدفاع عن الغذاء والجودة.
- دعم تطوير منهجيات وتقنيات جديدة وتحسين العمليات، مع تقديم التوجيه الفني والتدريب عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الأحياء الدقيقة أو تكنولوجيا الأغذية أو العلوم البيطرية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الأحياء الدقيقة أو العمليات المخبرية أو جودة الأغذية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة قوية بمتطلبات ISO 17025 وأنظمة إدارة الجودة المخبرية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى الأعمال؛ إتقان اللغة العربية يُعتبر ميزة، والبرتغالية ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في العمل مع الأنظمة المخبرية مثل LIMS و SAP.
- الإقامة في جدة أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها.

What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Receive, prepare, and test samples in accordance with approved sampling plans, laboratory procedures, ISO requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Perform microbiological analysis of finished products, raw materials, ingredients, water, surfaces, air, rework, and other relevant samples while ensuring full traceability throughout the testing process.
- Review, interpret, and evaluate laboratory results against established standards, identifying deviations and communicating findings to Quality Assurance and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and authorize laboratory reports, maintain accurate test records, and provide analytical insights, trends, and reports to support business decisions.
- Coordinate laboratory testing activities to ensure accurate and timely results while supporting investigations into product or process quality issues.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and traceability through LIMS, SAP, and other quality management systems.
- Support proficiency testing, external laboratory activities, validation studies, and technical audits.
- Partner with Production, Quality Assurance, R&D, and other stakeholders to support new product development, supplier approvals, and quality initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory quality systems in line with ISO 17025, Good Laboratory Practices, and company standards.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated, maintained, and operating effectively while managing consumables, chemicals, media, and laboratory resources.
- Promote a safe, clean, and compliant laboratory environment while adhering to HSE, food safety, food defense, and quality requirements.
- Support the development of new methodologies, technologies, and process improvements while providing technical guidance and training when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, Veterinary Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in microbiology, laboratory operations, food quality, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 17025 requirements and laboratory quality management systems.
- Business-level proficiency in English; Arabic is considered an advantage. Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience working with laboratory systems such as LIMS and SAP.
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
