انضم إلى إحدى أكبر شركات الأغذية في العالم، شركة MBRF، العاملة في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. نبحث عن مشغل أول (Senior Operator - GF) للمساهمة في عملياتنا الإنتاجية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المشاركة وقيادة تحليل CIQ وNC المتعلقة بفرص التحسين والمشكلات المتكررة.
  • إدارة عمليات الخط في غياب قائد الخط والمشرف.
  • المشاركة في مجموعات PDCA/SDCA المتعلقة بمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
  • تشغيل وإصلاح الأعطال في المعدات المعقدة.
  • إجراء فحوصات دورية لحالة الآلات.
  • تجهيز المواد وتجميع المعدات قبل بدء تشغيل الخط.
  • مراقبة أداء معدات الإنتاج وضبط المعايير وفق الإجراءات القياسية.
  • مراقبة التشغيل وإبلاغ المشغل بالأعطال.
  • تقليل الخسائر التشغيلية (إعادة العمل، الخردة، الوزن الممنوح).
  • مساعدة قائد الخط ومشرف الإنتاج في تحقيق متطلبات الجدولة.
  • ملء وتفسير مخططات التحكم.
  • ضمان تنفيذ العملية وفق معايير التحكم الحرجة.
  • المشاركة/بدء مشاريع التحسين.
  • اتباع السعة الاسمية المحددة للمعدات.
  • الامتثال لجميع متطلبات سلامة الأغذية HACCP ومتطلبات ما قبل السلامة في مكان العمل.
  • الامتثال لجميع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في مكان العمل.
  • ضمان الامتثال لنظام 5S في مكان العمل.
  • الامتثال لمتطلبات التصنيع الجيد (GMP) والدفاع الغذائي والإجراءات الأخرى ذات الصلة بنطاق الوظيفة.
  • الامتثال لتوجيهات سياسة الاستدامة لـ BRF، وضمان الالتزام بخطة الاستدامة من خلال الأنشطة اليومية التي تعزز الامتثال للمؤشرات والالتزامات العالمية ESG (البيئية والاجتماعية والحوكمة) للشركة، وضمان الارتباط بين الإجراءات والتنمية المستدامة في سلسلة BRF.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • المؤهل الدراسي: الثانوية العامة (الصف 12) أو شهادة تقنية أو ما يعادلها.

Job Description


  • Participate and lead the CIQ and NC analysis related to improvement opportunities and recurring problems.
  • Manage the line operations in the absence of line leader and supervisor.
  • Participate in PDCA/SDCA groups related to main KPI’s
  • Operate and troubleshoot complex equipment;
  • Perform regular machine condition checks;
  • Prepare materials and assemble equipment before starting up the line;
  • Monitor the performance or production equipment and adjust parameters as per the standards procedures;
  • Observes operation and notifies equipment operator or malfunctions;
  • Reduce the operational losses (rework, scrap, given weight)
  • Monitor the performance or production equipment and adjust parameters as per the standards procedures;
  • Assist Line Leader and Production Supervisor in achieving scheduling requirements;
  • Fill and interpret control charts;
  • Ensure the process is carried out in line with the critical control parameters.
  • Participate/Initiate improvement projects.
  • To follow the defined nominal capacity of the equipment
  • Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
  • Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
  • Ensure the 5S compliance within the workplace.
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Process and Food Defense requirements, and other applicable procedure related to the scope of the job.
  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.


Academic Background

Secondary School (Grade 12), Technical Certificate or equivalent
