المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل ومراقبة وصيانة الغلايات وسخانات السوائل الحرارية وضواغط الهواء وأنظمة المرافق ذات الصلة لضمان التشغيل الآمن والموثوق والفعال.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والجدولة لمعدات بيت الغلايات، بما في ذلك المضخات والصمامات والمجففات الهوائية وملينات المياه وأنظمة معالجة المياه.
- مراقبة معلمات التشغيل وجودة مياه الغلايات والجرعات الكيميائية، وتسجيل سجلات التشغيل والصيانة بدقة.
- تشخيص المشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والتحكمية، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لتقليل وقت التوقف.
- فحص المعدات بانتظام، وتحديد احتياجات الصيانة، ودعم التخطيط للإصلاحات الشاملة والصيانة الوقائية وقطع الغيار.
- تسجيل مشكلات المعدات وأنشطة الصيانة وأوامر العمل بدقة في نظام SAP، ودعم أنشطة التحسين المستمر.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع أقسام الصيانة والإنتاج والموردين وOEMs بشأن المشكلات الفنية والإصلاحات وقطع الغيار الحيوية.
- ضمان امتثال جميع الأنشطة لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وسلامة الأغذية وHACCP وGMP و5S والدفاع الغذائي ومعايير السلامة في الشركة، بما في ذلك التعامل السليم مع المواد الكيميائية والوقود والأدوات ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل تقني/مهني لا يقل عن سنتين في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في تشغيل وصيانة الغلايات أو ضواغط الهواء أو أنظمة المرافق ذات الصلة، ويفضل في صناعة الأغذية/FMCG.
- معرفة عملية قوية بمعدات بيت الغلايات وسخانات السوائل الحرارية وضواغط الهواء والمضخات والصمامات وأنظمة معالجة المياه وجودة مياه الغلايات.
- القدرة على تشخيص الأنظمة الميكانيكية/الكهربائية وقراءة الرسومات الهندسية وP&IDs والمخططات الفنية ذات الصلة.
- معرفة التعامل مع المواد الكيميائية والوقود ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والمعايير الفنية المطبقة، والإلمام بـ SAP وMS Office وRCA وPDCA و5S.
- الإلمام بأنظمة التحكم PLC وBMS وDCS وSCADA أو HMI يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى يسمح بأعمال الأعمال.
- الإقامة في جدة أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها، مع المرونة للتنقل إلى موقع المصنع.

What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Operate, monitor and maintain boilers, thermal fluid heaters, air compressors and related utility systems to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation
- Perform preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance on boiler house equipment, including pumps, valves, air dryers, softeners and water treatment systems
- Monitor operating parameters, boiler water quality and chemical dosing, and maintain accurate operational and maintenance records
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control-related issues, identify root causes and take corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Inspect equipment regularly, identify maintenance needs and support overhaul, preventive maintenance and spare-part planning
- Record equipment issues, maintenance activities and work orders accurately in SAP and support continuous improvement activities
- Work closely with Maintenance, Production, suppliers and OEMs on technical issues, repairs and critical spare parts
- Ensure all activities comply with HSE, food safety, HACCP, GMP, 5S, Food Defense and company safety standards, including proper handling of chemicals, fuels, tools and PPE
- Minimum 2-year technical/vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of boilers, air compressors or related utility systems, preferably within the Food/FMCG industry
- Strong practical knowledge of boiler house equipment, thermal fluid heaters, air compressors, pumps, valves, water treatment systems and boiler water quality
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems and read engineering drawings, P&IDs and relevant technical diagrams
- Knowledge of chemical and fuel handling, HSE and applicable technical standards; familiarity with SAP, MS Office, RCA, PDCA and 5S
- Familiarity with PLC, BMS, DCS, SCADA or HMI control systems is an advantage
- Business-level English proficiency
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah, with flexibility to commute to the factory location
- Strong troubleshooting and practical problem-solving skills
