We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join the team of a well-known coffee shop in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have excellent coffee preparation skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other menu items
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment efficiently and safely
• Maintain consistent beverage quality and follow standard recipes and preparation procedures
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
• Take customer orders accurately and process cash and card payments
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bar and customer service areas
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment when required
• Follow food safety, health, and safety regulations
• Handle customer requests and resolve basic complaints professionally
• Work effectively as part of a fast-paced team
• Support opening and closing procedures as required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a coffee shop/hospitality environment is preferred
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is MUST
