نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقود هذا المنصب برامج التكامل واسعة النطاق ويعرّف بنية الحلول، مع التركيز على إدارة علاقات العملاء وتنفيذ التسليم والحوكمة. يضمن الفرد مواءمة حلول التكامل مع استراتيجيات المؤسسة، وتتمثل المتطلبات الأساسية في القيادة القوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة وملكية التسليم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وقيادة استراتيجية التكامل والبنية التحتية للحلول.
- القيادة في تنفيذ عمليات التكامل واسعة النطاق ونشرها.
- الإشراف على تصميم التكامل والتطوير والتسليم.
- ضمان الحوكمة والمعايير وأفضل الممارسات.
- إدارة أصحاب المصلحة وتوقعات العملاء.
- دعم أنشطة ما قبل البيع والتقدير وتصميم الحلول.
- إرشاد الفرق وضمان التميز في التسليم.
- فهم بيئة العميل التجارية والتقنية.
- المساعدة في توثيق وتطوير الحلول لمشاريع العملاء.
- إعداد وتطوير وثائق الحلول للمشاريع.
- الالتزام بتوجيهات المشروع والمؤسسة وإنجاز المسؤوليات الإدارية بفعالية.
- إبلاغ المدير باتجاهات العمل والمخاوف.
- تحليل وتطوير حلول موثوقة تُحقق نتائج فعالة.
- تطوير فهم أعمق لمنهجيات وأدوات ومعايير وتقنيات SAP.
- المساعدة في وثائق المشروع وإظهار مهارات تنظيمية فعالة بأقل إشراف.
- تقديم تحديثات لفريق المشروع والقادة حول التقدم والصعوبات، وتوفير رؤى ذات قيمة مضافة.
- إظهار القدرة على إنجاز مهام المشروع بما يُحقق جودة الخدمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 10 إلى 12 سنة في تنفيذ SAP PI/PO/CPI.
- خبرة واسعة في SAP PO وCPI وهندسة التكامل المؤسسي.
- معرفة قوية بتكامل واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (API-led integration) والوسيطة (middleware) والبيئات الهجينة.
- خبرة متقدمة في تقنيات وأنماط التكامل.
- خبرة في الخرائط المعقدة ومحولات Java/المخصصة وضبط الأداء.
- فهم قوي لبيئات SAP (ECC، S/4HANA) والهندسة المؤسسية.
- خبرة في أطر الأمان والحوكمة والامتثال.
- خبرة مثبتة في عمليات التنفيذ والتحولات واسعة النطاق.
- قيادة قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل مع العملاء.
- إجادة ممتازة للتواصل الشفوي والكتابي، والقدرة على التواصل بوضوح وإيجاز.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم العمليات التجارية لمجالات التركيز أو الوحدات النمطية.
- القدرة على إجراء البحث وأداء المهام التفصيلية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية.
- فهم الوظائف التجارية المتعلقة بوحدة/تطبيق SAP والقدرة على تحديد وفهم نقاط الاتصال بين الوحدات.
- فهم كيفية حل مشاكل SAP التفصيلية.
