Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer (Break & Fix Support)

تعلن شركة ITproposal عن حاجتها إلى مهندس Nutanix / مهندس دعم شبكات (دعم الإصلاح الفني) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، بنظام العمل الحر (على أساس الاستدعاء) بأولوية توظيف عالية وفورية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم دعم الإصلاح الفني (Break & Fix) للشبكات والبنية التحتية في الموقع وعن بُعد.
- نشر وتكوين وإدارة بيئات Nutanix HCI (AOS, AHV, Prism).
- تنفيذ ترقيات الأنظمة، التحديثات (patching)، وإدارة دورة حياة المكونات.
- تشخيص وحل مشكلات الأجهزة والبرامج والمحاكاة الافتراضية والشبكات.
- تشخيص وحل مشكلات الاتصال بالشبكة المتعلقة بـ TCP/IP وVLANs وDNS وDHCP والتقنيات ذات الصلة.
- تنفيذ ودعم حلول النسخ الاحتياطي والتعافي من الكوارث.
- الاستجابة للحوادث الحرجة وطلبات الخدمة ضمن أوقات الاستجابة المتفق عليها.
- التعاون مع الفرق العالمية والإقليمية في مشاريع البنية التحتية والسحابة.
- الحفاظ على توثيق فني دقيق وتقارير الحوادث وسجلات الخدمة.
- ضمان التفاعل المهني مع المستخدمين النهائيين وأصحاب المصلحة والعملاء في جميع الأوقات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في البنية التحتية أو المحاكاة الافتراضية أو الشبكات أو هندسة دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- خبرة عملية قوية في بيئة Nutanix (AOS, AHV, Prism).
- خبرة في دعم بيئات VMware و/أو Hyper-V.
- فهم متين لأساسيات الشبكات بما في ذلك TCP/IP وVLANs وDNS وDHCP والتوجيه والتبديل.
- خبرة مثبتة في تقديم دعم الإصلاح الفني (Break & Fix) في بيئات المؤسسات.
- القدرة على تشخيص وحل مشكلات البنية التحتية والشبكات المعقدة.
- خبرة في حلول النسخ الاحتياطي والتعافي من الكوارث.
- خبرة في كتابة السكريبتات باستخدام PowerShell و/أو Python (ميزة إضافية).
- شهادة CCNA سارية المفعول (Cisco Certified Network Associate) - شرط إلزامي.
- الحصول على درجة لا تقل عن 90% في اختبار التقييم التمهيدي - شرط إلزامي.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة (كتابة وتحدثًا).
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئات تواجه العملاء.
- سلوك مهني وتوجه قوي نحو خدمة العملاء.
- يفضل: شهادة Nutanix (NCP أو أعلى).
- يفضل: خبرة في منصات سحابية مثل AWS أو Azure أو GCP.
- يفضل: معرفة بأدوات الأتمتة مثل Ansible وTerraform.
- يفضل: خبرة في دعم البنية التحتية للشبكات المؤسسية.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote Break & Fix support for networking and infrastructure-related incidents.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism).
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, virtualization, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems involving TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies.
- Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Respond to critical incidents and service requests within agreed response times.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams on infrastructure and cloud-related projects.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident reports, and service records.
- Ensure professional interaction with end users, stakeholders, and customers at all times.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, or IT support engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Nutanix ecosystem (AOS, AHV, Prism).
- Experience supporting VMware and/or Hyper-V environments.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
- Proven experience providing Break & Fix support in enterprise environments.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python is advantageous.
- Valid CCNA Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
- Minimum 90% pass score on the induction assessment.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.
