About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled MATLAB Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing MATLAB-based solutions tailored to our clients' complex engineering challenges. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects across various industries, providing technical expertise and innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and product performance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality results within stipulated timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in MATLAB and Simulink development, with a strong understanding of algorithm design and data analysis.
• Solid knowledge of control systems, signal processing, and numerical methods.
• Experience with embedded systems and hardware integration is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to clients and team members.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in software development and engineering.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate MATLAB and Simulink models for various engineering applications.
• Provide technical support and consultancy to clients, ensuring solutions meet their specific requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MATLAB solutions into larger systems and workflows.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in MATLAB and related technologies.
• Create detailed documentation, including user manuals, technical reports, and project proposals.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members and clients on MATLAB applications.
• Participate in project planning, timeline management, and quality assurance to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop innovative approaches to solve complex engineering problems.
