About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dialysis care to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout their treatment sessions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and their families on managing their condition effectively. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license or registration in Saudi Arabia or the relevant country.

• Excellent knowledge of dialysis procedures, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.

• Administer dialysis treatments accurately and safely according to established protocols and patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes or complications during treatment sessions.
• Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, post-treatment care, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and incident reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety standards to prevent cross-contamination and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs to stay updated with the latest practices and technologies in nephrology nursing.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of dialysis equipment and ensure a clean and safe treatment environment.
