تعلن شركة Gulf Warranties For Insurance Services (GWIS)، وهي شركة رائدة في مجال إدارة المطالبات التأمينية (TPA) مرخصة من هيئة التأمين وتعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية منذ عام 2015، عن توفر وظيفة "مسؤول مكافحة الاحتيال" (Anti-Fraud Officer) في مدينة الرياض. تهدف GWIS إلى تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة تتمحور حول العميل بشفافية، وتلتزم بالتميز التشغيلي والنزاهة في تقديم خدمات التأمين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة واكتشاف والتحقيق في حالات الاحتيال المحتملة ضمن المطالبات وعمليات التأمين ذات الصلة، وضمان الامتثال للسياسات الداخلية والمتطلبات التنظيمية وتوجيهات البنك المركزي السعودي (ساما).
- مراجعة بيانات ومستندات المطالبات وتحديد الأنماط المشبوهة أو التناقضات.
- إجراء تحقيقات مفصلة في الحالات وإعداد تقارير وتوصيات واضحة.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق المالية وإدارة المطالبات، بالإضافة إلى الجهات الخارجية عند الحاجة، لمنع وتخفيف مخاطر الاحتيال.
- المساهمة في تطوير وتحسين إجراءات مكافحة الاحتيال، ومبادرات التوعية للموظفين، والضوابط الداخلية لتعزيز إطار الوقاية من الاحتيال في GWIS.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 1-2 سنوات كمدقق أو محقق في مكافحة الاحتيال (Anti-fraud examiner).
- شهادة في فحص الاحتيال (Fraud Examination) إلزامية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، المحاسبة، إدارة الأعمال، إدارة المخاطر، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الإلمام بعمليات التأمين وإدارة المطالبات والمتطلبات التنظيمية ذات الصلة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية؛ الأفضلية لمن لديه خبرة سابقة في شركة TPA أو شركة تأمين أو مؤسسات خدمات مالية.
- الكفاءة في استخدام أدوات تحليل البيانات وجداول البيانات وبرامج الأعمال الأساسية؛ الإلمام بأنظمة كشف الاحتيال أو أدوات المراجعة يعد ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي واللفظي، مع القدرة على توثيق التحقيقات وإعداد تقارير واضحة وإيصال النتائج إلى الأطراف المعنية (تقنيين وغير تقنيين).
- معايير أخلاقية عالية، الانتباه للتفاصيل، والسرية التامة في التعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة.
- القدرة المثبتة على العمل collaboratively مع فرق متعددة التخصصات وإدارة حالات أو مهام متعددة تحت ضغط الوقت.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ معرفة عملية باللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة كبيرة للتنسيق والتوثيق المحلي.

Role Description The Anti-Fraud Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for monitoring, detecting, and investigating potential fraud within claims and related insurance processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and SAMA guidelines. Daily tasks include reviewing claims data and documentation, identifying suspicious patterns or inconsistencies, conducting detailed case investigations, and preparing clear reports and recommendations. The Anti-Fraud Officer will collaborate closely with finance and claims management team, as well as external stakeholders when needed, to prevent and mitigate fraud risks. The role also involves contributing to the development and refinement of anti-fraud procedures, staff awareness initiatives, and internal controls to strengthen GWIS’s overall fraud prevention framework.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience as an anti-fraud examiner.
- certification in fraud examination is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; professional.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, including the ability to review complex claims data, identify irregularities, and draw evidence-based conclusions.
- Knowledge of insurance operations claims management processes, and relevant regulatory requirements within KSA; prior experience in a TPA, insurer, or financial services organization is preferred.
- Competence in using data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and core business software; familiarity with fraud detection systems or audit tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document investigations, prepare clear reports, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to manage multiple cases or tasks under time constraints.
- Proficiency in English; working knowledge of Arabic is highly beneficial for local coordination and documentation.
