المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أنشطة التوظيف من البداية إلى النهاية لضمان التوظيف في الوقت المناسب بما يتوافق مع احتياجات العمل.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات البحث لدعم الامتثال لمتطلبات السعودة (نطاقات).
- تنسيق دورة حياة الموظف الكاملة، بما في ذلك التعاقد، والاستيعاب، والنقل، وإنهاء الخدمة، وفقاً لقانون العمل السعودي.
- الحفاظ على دقة سجلات الموظفين والوثائق وضمان جاهزيتها للتدقيق.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح العمل المحلية والحفاظ على سياسات وإجراءات وقواعد العمل الداخلية محدثة.
- دعم وتنسيق مع الجهات الداخلية لتنفيذ عمليات الموارد البشرية على المنصات الحكومية وضمان معالجة دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لبيانات الموظفين.
- تنسيق مدخلات الرواتب مع المالية، بما في ذلك تغييرات الرواتب وتحديثات الموظفين، ودعم إدارة المزايا. المسؤول عن إعداد التسويات النهائية وضمان الدفع في الوقت المناسب.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال لعلاقات الموظفين، ومعالجة الاستفسارات، وحل الشكاوى، ودعم الإجراءات التأديبية.
- إعداد تقارير الحضور الشهرية والحفاظ على تقويم إجازات الموظفين.
- التعاون مع فريق الموارد البشرية الإقليمي في التقييمات السنوية، وتخطيط القوى العاملة، وميزانية الموارد البشرية، ومبادرات إشراك الموظفين.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير الموارد البشرية، وتتبع المؤشرات الرئيسية مثل عدد الموظفين، ومعدل الدوران، والامتثال للسعودة شهرياً.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في الموارد البشرية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- معرفة قوية بقوانين العمل السعودية والامتثال للموارد البشرية.
- يُعد التعامل مع المكاتب الإقليمية عبر مواقع متعددة ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
- معرفة وألفة مع أنظمة Qiwa و GOSI.
- الاستعداد لحضور اجتماعات خارجية لتمثيل الموارد البشرية في الأمور ذات الصلة عند الحاجة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، والتنظيم، وإدارة الوقت.
- القدرة على تعدد المهام والأداء بفعالية في بيئة سريعة الخطى وتحديات.
- مستوى عالٍ من السرية، والدقة، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مبادرة، مرونة، والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.

Job Summary:
The HR Associate is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations in compliance with Saudi labor laws, including employee relations, payroll coordination, recruitment, and regulatory compliance support.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
• Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, transfers, and offboarding, in compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
• Maintain accurate HR and employee records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
• Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies, procedures, and internal work rules.
• Support and coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute HR operations on government platforms, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance, including salary changes and employee updates, while supporting benefits administration. Responsible for the preparation of final settlements and ensuring timely payments. • Act as the point of contact for employee relations, addressing queries, resolving grievances, and supporting disciplinary processes.
• Prepare monthly attendance reports and maintain the employee leave calendar. • Collaborate with the Regional HR team on annual appraisals, headcount planning, HR budgeting, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and present HR reports, tracking key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and Saudization compliance on a monthly basis.
Education:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Experience • 2-5 years of HR experience in KSA
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance
• Exposure to working with regional offices across multiple locations is an added advantage. Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Knowledge and familiarity with Qiwa and GOSI systems.
• Must be willing to attend external meetings to represent the HR function on HR-related matters as and when required.
