شركة القدية للاستثمار تبحث عن مدير تطوير (تجربة وصول الضيوف) للانضمام إلى فريقها الديناميكي في الرياض، السعودية. يركز هذا الدور المحوري على الإشراف على تطوير وتصميم وتنفيذ تجربة وصول الضيوف ضمن منطقته الجغرافية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على إعداد موجزات المشروع، دراسة الجدوى، التخطيط، التصميم، الخدمات اللوجستية، التنفيذ، إشراك أصحاب المصلحة وإدارتهم، ضوابط المشروع، تسليم المشغل وإغلاق المشروع.
- مراجعة وتحديث موجز التطوير الذي يحدد نطاق المنطقة بما في ذلك الأهداف والتوقيت والميزانية لتوجيه الاتجاه العام للمفهوم.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية، والرد على الاستفسارات، وتقييم ومراجعة العروض الفنية والتجارية لضمان تسليم جميع الأصول/المشاريع بنجاح.
- التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين والجهات الحكومية والمشغلين وفرق المناطق الأخرى في القدية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير).
- ما لا يقل عن 10-15 سنة من الخبرة في البرامج الكبرى أو مجال مماثل.
- خبرة مثبتة في تنسيق المجال العام للمشاريع واسعة النطاق.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي للوائح المحلية والعمليات القانونية ومتطلبات الامتثال.
- مهارات استثنائية في إدارة المشاريع والتنظيم.

Qiddiya Investment Company is leading the way in Saudi Arabia's entertainment and tourism sector, and we are seeking an innovative Director - Development (Guest Arrival Experience) to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role focuses on the Guest Arrival Experience outcomes with the ROW for our ambitious development projects, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Director - Development (Guest Arrivals Experience) will be responsible for overseeing the development of the brief, Masterplanning, Design and Construction of all assets associated with Landscaping design and the Guest Arrival Experience within the ROW district. They will maintain accountability for governance, compliance and commercial / Cost management for all GAE projects that are delivered within their geographical remit.
Key Responsibilities:
The Director - Development (Guest Arrivals Experience) will be responsible for overseeing the development of the brief, Masterplanning, Design and Construction of all assets associated with Landscaping design and the Guest Arrival Experience within the ROW district. They will maintain accountability for governance, compliance and commercial / Cost management for all GAE projects that are delivered within their geographical remit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of project briefs, business case, planning, design, logistics, implementation, stakeholder engagement and management, project controls, operator handover and closeout.
- Review and update development brief outlining district scope including objectives, timing and budget to guide the concept's overall direction
- Conduct site visits, respond to queries, assess and review bids; technical and commercial to ensure successful delivery of all assets / Projects
- Engage with key stakeholders, government entities, operators and other Qiddiya districts teams
- Manage the achievement of the team's objectives through effective leadership by setting individual objectives, managing performance and developing the team to maximize performance
- Provide overall direction and guidance to mentor, coach, motivate and challenge team players
- Working closely with the portfolio leads (Places and Public Realm, Development Marketing, Destination Marketing and Projects) coordinate the design, approval and delivery of integrated outcomes to enhance the Visitor experience to Qiddiya City
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred)
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in major programs or a similar field
- Demonstrated expertise in coordination of public realm for large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of local regulations, legal processes, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
- Proficiency in project management and GIS software applications
