شركة القدية تعلن عن وظيفة مدير - تصميم - متعدد الاستخدامات (Director - Design - Mixed-Use) في الرياض. سيتولى هذا الدور قيادة تخطيط وحوكمة التصميم والإشراف على تسليم مشاريع المجال العام (Public Realm) عبر عدة مناطق في القدية، مع تقديم القيادة الاستراتيجية والفنية لضمان تنفيذ المتنزهات والشوارع والمساحات العامة وفقاً للمخططات الرئيسية والمعايير المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تخطيط وإدارة تصميم المجال العام للمناطق والمشاريع الاستراتيجية المخصصة.
- تقديم حوكمة التصميم والضمان الفني عبر مراحل CMP و DMP وخدمة الأراضي والتصميم التفصيلي.
- الإشراف على أداء الاستشاريين ومراجعات التصميم وتسليم حزم المجال العام.
- ضمان الامتثال لرؤية القدية وإطار المدينة وخطة إدارة المجال العام (PRDM) وضوابط التطوير ومعايير المجال العام على مستوى المدينة.
- تنسيق دمج المجال العام مع البنية التحتية والتنقل والمرافق والري والاستدامة والمتطلبات التشغيلية.
- دعم تقديمات Stage Gate وتقديم توصيات تنفيذية بشأن التصميم والبرنامج والمخاطر واستراتيجية التسليم.
- إدارة وتوجيه فرق المجال العام متعددة التخصصات، ودعم تطوير القدرات والتخطيط للخلافة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في هندسة المناظر الطبيعية (Landscape Architecture).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في تنفيذ مشاريع المجال العام أو المناظر الطبيعية أو التطوير الحضري واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة في مشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات معقدة على مستوى المدن أو المشاريع العملاقة (Giga-projects).
- فهم قوي للتخطيط الرئيسي (Master Planning) وحوكمة التصميم وتكامل البنية التحتية وتسليم المشاريع.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق استشارية متعددة التخصصات وبيئات أصحاب المصلحة.

Role required: Director - Public Realm will lead the planning, design governance, and delivery oversight of public realm projects across multiple districts within Qiddiya. The role will provide strategic and technical leadership to ensure that parks, streetscapes, public open spaces, and associated public realm assets are delivered in accordance with approved masterplans, citywide standards, Stage Gate requirements, and programme objectives. The position will support the implementation of citywide initiatives, including the Public Realm Design Manual (PRDM), People First Principles and project spirit teams, while acting as the key interface between district teams, consultants, infrastructure teams, and other business unithe company's vision of excellence.

- Lead public realm planning and design management for assigned districts and strategic projects.
- Provide design governance and technical assurance across CMP, DMP, Land Servicing, and detailed design stages.
- Oversee consultant performance, design reviews, and delivery of public realm packages.
- Ensure compliance with Qiddiya Vision, City Framework Plan, PRDM, development controls, and citywide public realm standards.
- Coordinate integration of public realm with infrastructure, mobility, utilities, irrigation, sustainability, and operational requirements.
- Support Stage Gate submissions and provide executive-level recommendations on design, programme, risks, and delivery strategy.
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary public realm teams, supporting capability development and succession planning.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with District Development Teams, Delivery Partners, consultants, and internal SMEs.
- Contribute to citywide public realm strategies, standards development, phasing plans, and operational readiness initiatives.
- Delivery of high-quality, standards-compliant public realm designs.
- Timely support of district programmes and Stage Gate approvals.
- Effective management of consultant teams and design budgets.
- Successful implementation of citywide public realm standards and governance processes.
- Proactive identification and mitigation of design, programme, and delivery risks
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
- 15+ years' experience delivering large-scale public realm, landscape, or urban development projects.
- Demonstrated leadership within complex mixed-use, city-scale, or giga-project developments.
- Strong understanding of master planning, design governance, infrastructure integration, and project delivery.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and stakeholder environments.
