Responsibilities

Respond to employee requests and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely resolution through the ticketing system.

Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated to the appropriate teams.

Provide clear communication and support to employees, guiding them through troubleshooting steps and application usage.

Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.

Monitor application health, proactively addressing potential issues to minimize downtime.

Professional Skills

• More than (3) years of experience.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

• Strong communication skills

• Good understanding of business applications and how users interact with them.

• Experience running and monitoring multi-environment setups (dev/stage/prod) and writing runbooks.
