شركة ثراء (THRAA)، بوابة استثمارية شاملة تركز على القطاعات عالية الإمكانات، تبحث عن محاسب أول (Senior Accountant) للانضمام إلى فريقها في مكة المكرمة، السعودية. تتولى هذا المنصب إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية ودعم التقارير المالية ضمن بيئة ديناميكية تجمع بين العمل من المكتب والعمل عن بُعد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، بما في ذلك صيانة دفتر الأستاذ العام، قيود اليومية، وتسوية الحسابات.
  • إعداد القوائم المالية ودعم عمليات الإغلاق الشهري والسنوي، مع ضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية واللوائح المحلية.
  • الإشراف على عمليات إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ المالي، ومراقبة التدفقات النقدية.
  • المساعدة في أعمال التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي، ومراجعة البيانات المالية للتأكد من دقتها.
  • إعداد تقارير الإدارة والتعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لتحسين الضوابط والعمليات المالية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة ومعاييرها (مثل IFRS أو GAAP)، مع خبرة في دفتر الأستاذ العام، التسويات، وإعداد القوائم المالية.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج المحاسبة وأنظمة ERP، بالإضافة إلى مهارات متقدمة في Microsoft Excel للتحليل وإعداد التقارير.
  • خبرة في الميزانية والتنبؤ والتحليل المالي لدعم اتخاذ القرارات ومراقبة الأداء.
  • فهم اللوائح الضريبية ومتطلبات الامتثال وعمليات التدقيق في المملكة العربية السعودية أو مناطق مشابهة.
  • اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل، مهارات تنظيمية، والقدرة على إدارة مواعيد نهائية متعددة في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية في حل المشكلات والتفكير النقدي، مع التركيز على تحسين العمليات والضوابط المالية.

Role Description The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations for THRAA | ثراء. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, supporting month-end and year-end closing, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Senior Accountant will oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor cash flow, and assist with internal and external audits. The role also involves reviewing financial data for accuracy, preparing management reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial controls and processes. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, where regular on-site presence is required, combined with flexibility for some work from home.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP), including experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Understanding of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit processes within Saudi Arabia or similar jurisdictions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on improving financial processes and controls.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or SOCPA is preferred.
  • Several years of progressively responsible accounting experience, ideally including work in investment, financial services, or related sectors.
