تعلن شركة ENGIE الشرق الأوسط (ENGIE Middle East) في الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية، عن توفر وظيفة فني ميكانيكي (Mechanical Technician) للعمل ضمن فريق صيانة متعدد الثقافات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
العمل ضمن فريق متعدد الثقافات من فنيي الصيانة وتطبيق الخبرة الميكانيكية المتخصصة لإجراء تحقيقات الأعطال، الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية، بالإضافة إلى التعديلات على مجموعة من معدات المحطة. ضمان صيانة المعدات الميكانيكية لتعظيم موثوقية وتوفر المحطة باستخدام تعليمات العمل الموثقة في نظام إدارة الصيانة (Maintenance Management System) وإرشادات الشركة المصنعة (OEM) وتحت إشراف المهندس الميكانيكي. مساعدة المهندس الميكانيكي في ضمان صيانة جميع المعدات الميكانيكية بشكل جيد وإنجاز جميع الإشعارات الخاصة بالأعمال المخططة وغير المخططة في الوقت المحدد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- السلامة في العمل: ضمان الامتثال لنظام الإدارة المتكامل (IMS) وبيئة عمل آمنة لنفسه وزملائه والمقاولين أثناء العمل على أي معدات.
- التأكد من وجود تصريح عمل (Permit to Work) لكل وظيفة تتطلبه قواعد السلامة والإجراءات المرتبطة بها.
- ضمان اتباع جميع بيانات الطريقة (Method Statements) وتعليمات العمل والإجراءات من قبل نفسه والمقاولين أثناء تنفيذ أي عمل.
- التأكد من توفر جميع الأدوات المناسبة لتنفيذ العمل بأمان على المعدات في جميع الوظائف بالمحطة.
- الإبلاغ عن أي ظروف غير آمنة للمهندس الميكانيكي أو قائد فريق الوردية.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ مهام الصيانة: إكمال جميع أوامر العمل (Work Orders) المنشأة في نظام CMMS حسب توجيهات المهندس الميكانيكي.
- ضمان أن صيانة جميع المعدات الميكانيكية تتم وفقاً لأدلة الشركة المصنعة (OEM Manuals) وأفضل الممارسات الخاصة بالمعدات.
- العمل بأقصى إمكاناته وإنتاج عمل عالي الجودة.
- استكشاف وإصلاح أعطال المعدات: دعم التشغيل على مدار 24 ساعة من خلال التوفر المنتظم للاستدعاء في وقت قصير.
- بذل كل الوسائل الممكنة لتقليل وقت تعطل المعدات وضمان توفر المحطة بشكل مرتفع.
- تسجيل وإبلاغ المهندس الميكانيكي بجميع أعمال التصحيح التي تم تنفيذها.
- التقارير والتخطيط: مناقشة الأعمال المخططة وغير المخططة مع المهندس الميكانيكي.
- استخدام الأدوات والمعدات: التأكد من توفر الأدوات والمعدات المناسبة في مواقع العمل واستخدامها أثناء تنفيذ أي وظيفة.
- التأكد من أن الأدوات آمنة وفي حالة عمل جيدة قبل الاستخدام.
- الإبلاغ عن فقدان الأدوات أو تلفها للمهندس الميكانيكي.
- إبلاغ المهندس الميكانيكي بأي متطلبات للأدوات.
- المساءلة عن النتائج: التطبيق المستمر لإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (RGPC HSE) أثناء العمل.
- تواتر حوادث السلامة والحوادث الوشيكة ومعدل تكرار الإصابات المفقودة للوقت (LTIFR).
- عدم وجود مخالفات للامتثال للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS).
- إنجاز العمل في الوقت المحدد، وإكمال التقارير وسجلات العمل بجودة عالية، وكفاءة في العمل.
- التوفر على مدار 24 ساعة، وجودة السجلات والتقارير، ودقة التخطيط، وحالة الأدوات وتوفرها بحالة جيدة.

Position Summary:
To work in a multicultural team of Maintenance Technicians and apply specialist mechanical expertise to carry out fault investigations, defect and preventative maintenance, together with modifications on a range of plant.
To ensure plant mechanical equipment is maintained to maximize the reliability and availability of plant utilizing Work Instructions documented in the Maintenance Management System, OEM guidelines and under the instruction of the Mechanical Engineer.
To assist the Mechanical Engineer in ensuring that all mechanical equipment is well maintained and all notifications of planned and unplanned work are completed on time

- Ensures the compliance of IMS. Ensures a safe working environment for himself, his colleagues and contractors while working on any equipment
- Ensures that there is a Permit to Work for each job as necessitated by the safety rules and associated Procedures.
- Ensures all Method Statements Work Instruction and Procedures are followed by himself and Contractors while undertaking any work
- Ensures that all appropriate tools are available to ensure work can be carried out safely on equipment on all jobs at the plant
- Points out any unsafe conditions to the Mechanical Engineer or Shift Team Leader.
- Completes all Work Orders generated in CMMS as directed by the Mechanical Engineer
- Ensures that maintenance of all mechanical equipment is in accordance with OEM Manuals and best practices for the equipment
- Works to full potential and produces high quality of work
- Supports the 24-hour operation by being regularly available for call-out at short notice.
- Attempts all possible means of reducing equipment downtime and ensuring high Plant availability
- Records and reports to the Mechanical Foreman/Engineer all rectification jobs undertaken.
- Discuss planned and unplanned jobs undertaken with the Mechanical Foreman/ Mechanical Engineer
- Ensures appropriate tools and equipment are available at work sites and used while performing any job
- Ensures that tools are in a safe and in good working order before use.
- Reports loss of tools or damage to any tools to the Mechanical Engineer
- Informs the Mechanical Engineer of any requirements for tools
