تعلن شركة ENGIE Middle East عن وظيفة رئيس الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (Head of HSE) لتوليد الطاقة في المملكة العربية السعودية (الرياض). يشغل هذا المنصب مسؤولية قيادة وتحسين جميع أنشطة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وسلامة العمليات عبر أصول ومشاريع ENGIE Generation International في المملكة، بما في ذلك محطات الطاقة ومحطات تحلية المياه وشركات التشغيل والصيانة وشركات المشاريع والوظائف المؤسسية والمقاولين، مع تقديم المشورة الاستراتيجية للمدير الإداري لـ GI KSA. يتطلب السفر إلى أصول ENGIE حسب الحاجة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) للمملكة بما يتوافق مع أهداف ENGIE العالمية.
- قيادة وتدريب فرق HSE وتوفير التوجيه الفني والإداري.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات ENGIE والجهات التنظيمية في المملكة.
- وضع مؤشرات أداء رئيسية (KPIs) وأهداف HSE للمملكة ومراقبتها.

- قيادة مبادرات ثقافة السلامة (HOP) وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة.
- تنسيق التحقيقات في الحوادث وعمليات التعلم وفقاً لسياسات ENGIE.
- قيادة امتثال المقاولين لمعايير السلامة على جميع الأصول والمشاريع.
- الإشراف على نظام تصريح العمل وLOTO وأنظمة العمل الآمنة.
- الإشراف على الأداء البيئي وإعداد التقارير البيئية السنوية.
- قيادة إدارة الأزمات والتأهب لاستمرارية الأعمال.
- تمثيل ENGIE لدى الجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة في شؤون HSE.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تخصص مشابه مع التركيز على الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- مؤهل دولي معترف به في HSE (يفضل دبلوم NEBOSH أو ما يعادله).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال HSE تشمل أدواراً قيادية في قطاع الطاقة أو الماء أو الصناعة.
- خبرة في بيئة المملكة العربية السعودية مفضلة.

Responsible for leading, governing and continuously improving all Health, Safety, Environment and Process Safety activities across ENGIE Generation International assets and entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position provides strategic HSE leadership, drives the implementation of ENGIE Group and Generation International HSE policies, standards and Life Saving Rules, and ensures alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The Head of HSE acts as the principal advisor and accountable to the GI Managing Director KSA on all HSE matters.
Scope
All Health, Safety, Environment, Process Safety, Security Governance, Crisis Management and Operational Risk Management activities across ENGIE Generation International operations and construction projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including power generation assets, water desalination assets, O&M companies, Project companies, corporate functions and contractors.
Reporting Line
Reports to: Managing Director, Generation International KSA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership to the HSE organization, establish the One ENGIE HSE culture, advise executive management, monitor HSE performance across assets, and ensure closure of HSE action plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the KSA HSE strategy;
- Lead and coach HSE teams;
- Ensure compliance with ENGIE and regulatory requirements;
- Establish HSE objectives and KPIs for KSA in line with Engie Global HSE objectives;
- Lead HSE governance reviews and assess and benchmark maturity level across the different GBU’s;
- Drive HOP and safety culture initiatives;
- Coordinate incident investigation and learning processes following Engie HSE rules and policies;
- Lead contractor safety compliance on all assets and projects in KSA;
- Oversee and support on the permit to work, LOTO and safe system of work governance;
- Oversee environmental performance at KSA level;
- Lead crisis management and business continuity preparedness;
- As requested by management, represent ENGIE with regulators and stakeholders on HSE matters.
- Organize synergies across the GBU’s in HSE matters: knowledge & competencies management, experience feedback, training, human resources.
- Set standards, methodologies and tools in accordance to Engie guidelines;
- Manage HSE reporting as per required, weekly, monthly, quarterly;
- Manage the annual environmental reporting function;
- Coordinate investigations of high-potential incidents;
- Support investigations on process safety events;
- Ensure implementation of Life Saving Rules;
- Lead environmental reporting and compliance programs;
- Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction.
- Promote environment culture within GBU’s;
- Be accountable and communicate the environmental charter and strategy.
