انضم إلى Honeywell كفني خدمات ميدانية أول (Sr Field Service Technician) متخصص في أنظمة الأمن والأنظمة السمعية والبصرية (Security and AV Systems) في السعودية. حيث ستعمل ضمن فريق عالمي من المبتكرين والخبراء لتنفيذ عقود الخدمة ومشاريع الترقية، وضمان تحقيق متطلبات العملاء وتجاوز توقعاتهم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الفني الاستشاري في الحالات الطارئة والصيانة والاختبار والهندسة والبرمجة والتصميم والتشغيل لأنواع مختلفة من المعدات الكهربائية والميكانيكية والأنظمة (بما في ذلك البرمجيات) ذات التعقيد البسيط إلى المتوسط.
- تشخيص وإصلاح المعدات والأنظمة (سواء الأجهزة أو البرمجيات) بما يتجاوز قدرة الفنيين الآخرين، وتقديم المشورة في ذلك.
- تقديم التدريب الفني والتوجيه والإشراف على مهندسي وفنيي الخدمة الآخرين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- امتلاك قدرات برمجية وهندسية متميزة تتناسب مع المستوى القيادي.
- تحقيق الأهداف المتعلقة بأداء العقود وساعات العمل القابلة للفوترة والإنتاجية والامتثال للعمليات.
- تقديم الخدمات المتفق عليها في الوقت المحدد وضمن النطاق والميزانية.
- الحفاظ على رضا العميل بمستويات مقبولة وحل مشكلات رضا العملاء.
- مراجعة ملاحظات العملاء واتخاذ الإجراءات الاستباقية المناسبة.
- ضمان توفر الأدوات والمعدات والمواد المطلوبة مع الحفاظ على مستويات المخزون والتحكم فيها.
- المشاركة في مراجعة التقديرات قبل تنفيذ العقود أو المهام من منظور فني، والمشاركة في مراجعة المخاطر وفقاً لسياسة Honeywell.
- ضمان تزويد عقود الخدمة والأعمال الإضافية ومشاريع الخدمة الصغيرة بالموارد المناسبة.
- العمل بنشاط على منع العقلية المنعزلة والمواقف السلبية.
- ضمان بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية من خلال التواصل الفعال والتدريب وصيانة المعدات والمركبات وتحسين المرافق.
- حيثما ينطبق، ضمان الالتزام بمعايير وقوانين صناعة الحريق والأمن.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو التكنولوجيا مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- مهارات برمجية أساسية ممتازة في أنظمة Honeywell والأنظمة المعتمدة في المجال.
- مهارات قوية في اكتشاف الأعطال.
- معرفة ممتازة بمنتجات Honeywell.
- خدمة العملاء داخل أرامكو تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات ممتازة في استكشاف أخطاء الشبكات وإصلاحها (Networking).
- خبرة في التواصل والتفاوض وتنفيذ العمليات.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء - القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات فعالة مع العملاء مبنية على الثقة والتفاهم المتبادل.
- التدريب والتطوير للآخرين - القدرة على تعزيز أداء الأفراد والفرق من خلال وضع معايير أداء طموحة وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة ومناقشة استراتيجيات التحسين بشكل تعاوني.

Field Service Technician II
The purpose of this position is to operate Service Contracts and Upgrade Projects as well as to ensure that Honeywell meets contractual requirements and exceeds customer expectations, while also being an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Perform and provide counsel on expert emergency, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing, and start-up technical support across any type of electrical or mechanical equipment, systems and subsystems (including software where applicable) from simple to moderately complex in nature
- Perform or provide advice on diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems (both hardware and software) beyond the capability of other service technicians
- Provide technical training, coaching, and work direction to other service engineers and technicians and subcontractors
- Programming and engineering capabilities should also be superior and specific in nature to warrant the leadership level
- Reach objectives in terms of contract performance, billable hours, productivity, and process compliance.
- Delivery of agreed services on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintains customer’s satisfaction at acceptable levels, and resolves customer satisfaction issues
- Reviews VOC feedback and takes appropriate proactive actions
- Ensures the availability of tools, equipment, and materials required while maintaining and controlling inventory levels
- Participate in estimate review process prior to jobs or contracts being achievable from a technical perspective. Participate in risk review (per Honeywell policy)
- Ensures service contracts, additional works and small service projects are resourced properly
- Actively discourage silo mentalities and attitudes
- Ensure safe and healthy work environment through effective communication, training, equipment/vehicle maintenance and facilities improvement
- Where applicable, ensure fire and security industry codes and standards are upheld
- Diploma Holder/Bachelor of Engineering/Technology with Experience of more than 5 years
- Excellent Honeywell and industry based basic programming skills
- Strong fault finding skills
- Excellent Honeywell product knowledge
- Handing Services inside Aramco will be added value
- Excellent troubleshooting in networking.
- Expertise in communicating, negotiation and implementing process.
- Customer Relationship Management - The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers based on trust and mutual understanding
