انضم إلى فريق Honeywell في المملكة العربية السعودية كمهندس/فني خدمة ميداني أول (ELV & SCADA) - للجنسية السعودية فقط. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى تشغيل عقود الخدمة ومشاريع الترقية وضمان تحقيق Honeywell للمتطلبات التعاقدية وتجاوز توقعات العملاء، مع العمل كمساهم فردي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الاستشارات والدعم الفني الخبير في مجالات الطوارئ والصيانة والاختبار والهندسة والبرمجة والتصميم والتشغيل والبدء لأنواع مختلفة من المعدات والأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية (بما في ذلك البرامج حيثما ينطبق ذلك) بدرجات متفاوتة من البساطة إلى التعقيد.
- تشخيص وإصلاح المعدات والأنظمة (الأجهزة والبرامج) بما يتجاوز قدرة الفنيين الآخرين، مع تقديم المشورة في ذلك.
- تقديم التدريب الفني والتوجيه وتوجيه العمل لفنيي الخدمة والمهندسين والمقاولين من الباطن الآخرين.
- امتلاك قدرات برمجية وهندسية متميزة تتناسب مع المستوى القيادي.
- تحقيق الأهداف المتعلقة بأداء العقود وساعات العمل القابلة للفوترة والإنتاجية والامتثال للعمليات.
- تقديم الخدمات المتفق عليها في الوقت المحدد وضمن النطاق والميزانية المحددة.
- الحفاظ على مستويات رضا العملاء المقبولة وحل مشكلات رضاهم، مع مراجعة ملاحظات العملاء (VOC) واتخاذ الإجراءات الاستباقية المناسبة.
- ضمان توفر الأدوات والمعدات والمواد المطلوبة، مع الحفاظ على مستويات المخزون والتحكم فيها.
- المشاركة في مراجعة التقديرات قبل تنفيذ العقود أو المهام من الناحية الفنية، والمشاركة في مراجعة المخاطر وفقاً لسياسة Honeywell.
- ضمان تخصيص الموارد المناسبة لعقود الخدمة والأعمال الإضافية ومشاريع الخدمات الصغيرة.
- منع العزلة التنظيمية والتصدي للسلوكيات المنعزلة.
- ضمان بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة من خلال التواصل الفعال والتدريب وصيانة المعدات والمركبات وتحسين المرافق.
- التأكد من الامتثال لمعايير وقوانين قطاعي الأمن والحريق حيثما ينطبق ذلك.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو التقنية مع خبرة تزيد عن 5 سنوات.
- مهارات برمجة أساسية ممتازة في أنظمة Honeywell والأنظمة الصناعية العامة.
- مهارات قوية في اكتشاف الأعطال.
- معرفة ممتازة بمنتجات Honeywell.
- خبرة في تقديم الخدمات داخل أرامكو (أرامكو السعودية) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات ممتازة في استكشاف أخطاء الشبكات وإصلاحها.
- خبرة في التواصل والتفاوض وتنفيذ العمليات.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء - القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات فعالة مع العملاء تقوم على الثقة والتفاهم المتبادل.
- التدريب والتطوير للآخرين - القدرة على تعزيز أداء الأفراد والفرق من خلال تحديد معايير أداء صعبة، وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة حول الأداء ومناقشة استراتيجيات التحسين بشكل تعاوني.
- الاندفاع نحو النتائج - القدرة على إظهار الطاقة والتصميم لتحقيق النتائج والتحسين من خلال تجاوز العقبات، والبقاء فعالاً رغم النكسات، وتحدي التفكير الحالي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في أنظمة BMS (إدارة المباني) و FAS (أنظمة الإنذار من الحريق) و SCADA و ELV (الجهد المنخفض جداً) و AV (الصوتيات والمرئيات).
- معرفة جيدة بالشبكات وخوادم Windows.
- فهم خدمة العملاء ومعاييرها.
- فهم تكوين الشبكات ومتطلباتها.
- فهم شبكات LAN/WAN مع التوزيع.
- مهارات ممتازة في استكشاف أخطاء الشبكات وإصلاحها.

Field Service Technician II
The purpose of this position is to operate Service Contracts and Upgrade Projects as well as to ensure that Honeywell meets contractual requirements and exceeds customer expectations, while also being an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Perform and provide counsel on expert emergency, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing, and start-up technical support across any type of electrical or mechanical equipment, systems and subsystems (including software where applicable) from simple to moderately complex in nature
- Perform or provide advice on diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems (both hardware and software) beyond the capability of other service technicians
- Provide technical training, coaching, and work direction to other service engineers and technicians and subcontractors
- Programming and engineering capabilities should also be superior and specific in nature to warrant the leadership level
- Reach objectives in terms of contract performance, billable hours, productivity, and process compliance.
- Delivery of agreed services on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintains customer’s satisfaction at acceptable levels, and resolves customer satisfaction issues
- Reviews VOC feedback and takes appropriate proactive actions
- Ensures the availability of tools, equipment, and materials required while maintaining and controlling inventory levels
- Participate in estimate review process prior to jobs or contracts being achievable from a technical perspective. Participate in risk review (per Honeywell policy)
- Ensures service contracts, additional works and small service projects are resourced properly
- Actively discourage silo mentalities and attitudes
- Ensure safe and healthy work environment through effective communication, training, equipment/vehicle maintenance and facilities improvement
- Where applicable, ensure fire and security industry codes and standards are upheld
- Diploma Holder/Bachelor of Engineering/Technology with Experience of more than 5 years
- Excellent Honeywell and industry based basic programming skills
- Strong fault finding skills
- Excellent Honeywell product knowledge
- Handing Services inside Aramco will be added value
- Excellent troubleshooting in networking.
- Expertise in communicating, negotiation and implementing process.
- Customer Relationship Management - The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers based on trust and mutual understanding
