المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تسليم أنظمة إنذار الحريق (Fire Alarm) وأنظمة PAVA والإخلاء الصوتي.
- إدارة الأنشطة الهندسية والتنسيق الميداني وعمليات الفحص والاختبار والتسليم.
- إعداد الوثائق الفنية ومصفوفة السبب والنتائج (cause-and-effect) ومدخلات تكوين النظام.
- التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والموردين وفرق الموقع.
- ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات الجهات الرسمية ومعايير السلامة.
- دعم المتابعة التجارية من خلال إعداد IPA وتتبع MIR/WIR ومراقبة أنشطة الموقع.
- مراجعة مواصفات المشروع وكميات الأعمال (BOQ) والرسومات ونطاق العمل والعقد.
- تحديد فجوات التصميم ومتطلبات الواجهات وقيود الموقع والمخاطر الفنية.
- دراسة متطلبات أنظمة إنذار الحريق وPAVA والإخلاء الصوتي.

- التنسيق لمنطق السبب والنتائج مع لوحات إنذار الحريق والواجهات وPAVA والإخلاء الصوتي والأنظمة المرتبطة.
- دعم متطلبات التكوين لأجهزة إنذار الحريق والحلقات والوحدات والمناطق والمخرجات وواجهات التحكم.
- التنسيق لهندسة PAVA والإخلاء الصوتي والتقسيم المناطقي ومنطق الواجهات والتكامل مع أنظمة إنذار الحريق.
- متابعة الموافقات مع الاستشاريين والعملاء والجهات الرسمية.
- التنسيق لمتطلبات المشتريات وتسليم المواد وجاهزية الموقع.
- إعداد ومتابعة طلبات فحص المواد (MIR) مع فريق الاستشاري والعميل.
- التنسيق لأنشطة التركيب في الموقع مع المقاولين الفرعيين والفنيين.
- مراقبة التقدم اليومي في الموقع والعمالة وتوفر المواد وجبهات العمل.
- التحكم في أنشطة الموقع لضمان الامتثال للرسومات المعتمدة وبيانات الطريقة وجدول المشروع.
- متابعة طلبات فحص الأعمال المنجزة (WIR).
- التنسيق لإجراءات الفحص مع الاستشاري والعميل وQA/QC وفرق الموقع.
- دعم التوثيق التجاري بما في ذلك إعداد IPA وقياس التقدم.
- تتبع الأعمال المكتملة وحالة الفحص والمستندات الداعمة لطلبات الدفع.
- التنسيق لاختبار وتشغيل أنظمة إنذار الحريق وPAVA والإخلاء الصوتي.
- دعم اختبار الحلقات والأجهزة والواجهات واختبار السبب والنتائج والاختبار المتكامل.
- التنسيق مع الأنظمة الخارجية كالمصاعد والتكييف والتحكم في الدخول وBMS والتحكم في الدخان وأنظمة الإخلاء الطارئ.
- إعداد سجلات الاختبار وتقارير الفحص وقوائم المتابعة ووثائق التشغيل.
- دعم فحوصات الجهات الرسمية وجولات الاستشاري وأنشطة القبول النهائي.
- إعداد الرسومات حسب الموقع (as-built) وأدلة التشغيل ووثائق التسليم وسجلات إغلاق المشروع.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير NFPA والدفاع المدني ومتطلبات الجهات المحلية ومواصفات المشروع وإجراءات HSE.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونيات أو الميكاترونكس أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 2-3 سنوات في تسليم مشاريع إنذار الحريق والتنفيذ الميداني والتشغيل.
- خبرة في أنظمة إنذار الحريق وPAVA وهندسة الإخلاء الصوتي.
- معرفة جيدة بلوحات إنذار الحريق وأجهزة الكشف والوحدات والحلقات والمناطق والواجهات ومخرجات التحكم.
- خبرة عملية في إعداد مصفوفة السبب والنتائج والتنسيق ودعم التكوين.
- خبرة في تكامل إنذار الحريق مع أنظمة PAVA والإخلاء الصوتي والمصاعد والتحكم في الدخول وBMS وأنظمة التحكم في الدخان.
- خبرة في الإشراف الميداني والتنسيق مع المقاولين الفرعيين ومتابعة الفحص والتحكم في الأنشطة.
- معرفة بـ MIR وWIR وإجراءات الفحص وموافقات الاستشاري والتوثيق الميداني.
- الوعي التجاري في إعداد IPA وقياس التقدم وتتبع الأعمال المنجزة ووثائق دعم الدفع.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات والمخططات التخطيطية والرافعات والمخططات وبيانات الطريقة وجدول الكميات ومواصفات المشروع.
- الإلمام بمعايير NFPA والدفاع المدني ومتطلبات الجهات المحلية ومعايير السلامة في المشاريع.

Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Fire Alarm, PAVA, and voice evacuation systems.
- Manage engineering, site coordination, inspections, testing, and handover activities.
- Prepare technical documents, cause-and-effect matrix, and system configuration inputs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and safety standards.
- Support commercial follow-up through IPA preparation, MIR/WIR tracking, and site activity control.
- Review project specifications, BOQ, drawings, scope, and contract requirements.
- Identify design gaps, interface requirements, site constraints, and technical risks.
- Study Fire Alarm, PAVA, and voice evacuation system requirements.
- Prepare engineering inputs for Fire Alarm layouts, risers, schematics, and interfaces.
- Support preparation and review of shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Prepare and update the Fire Alarm cause-and-effect matrix.
- Coordinate cause-and-effect logic with Fire Alarm panels, interfaces, PAVA, voice evacuation, and related ELV systems.
- Support configuration requirements for Fire Alarm devices, loops, modules, zones, outputs, and control interfaces.
- Coordinate PAVA and voice evacuation engineering, zoning, interface logic, and integration with Fire Alarm systems.
- Follow up approvals with consultants, clients, and authorities.
- Coordinate procurement requirements, material delivery, and site readiness.
- Prepare and follow up Material Inspection Requests (MIR) with consultant and client teams.
- Coordinate site installation activities with subcontractors and technicians.
- Monitor daily site progress, manpower, material availability, and work fronts.
- Control site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and project schedule.
- Follow up Work Inspection Requests (WIR) for installed works and completed activities.
- Coordinate inspection procedures with consultant, client, QA/QC, and site teams.
- Support commercial documentation, including IPA preparation and progress measurement.
- Track completed works, inspection status, and supporting documents for payment applications.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm, PAVA, and voice evacuation systems.
- Support loop testing, device testing, interface testing, cause-and-effect testing, and integrated system testing.
- Coordinate with third-party systems for elevator, HVAC, access control, BMS, smoke control, and emergency evacuation interfaces.
- Prepare testing records, inspection reports, punch lists, and commissioning documents.
- Support authority inspections, consultant walkthroughs, and final acceptance activities.
- Prepare as-built drawings, operation manuals, handover documents, and project closeout records.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA, Civil Defense, local authority requirements, project specifications, and HSE procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Fire Alarm project delivery, site execution, and commissioning.
- Experience in Fire Alarm systems, PAVA, and voice evacuation engineering.
- Good knowledge of Fire Alarm panels, detectors, modules, loops, zones, interfaces, and control outputs.
- Practical experience in cause-and-effect matrix preparation, coordination, and configuration support.
- Experience in Fire Alarm integration with PAVA, voice evacuation, HVAC, elevators, access control, BMS, and smoke control systems.
- Experience in site supervision, subcontractor coordination, inspection follow-up, and activity control.
- Knowledge of MIR, WIR, inspection procedures, consultant approvals, and site documentation.
- Commercial awareness in IPA preparation, progress measurement, completed-work tracking, and payment-support documentation.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, risers, layouts, method statements, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Familiarity with NFPA, Civil Defense, local authority requirements, and project safety standards.
- Good coordination, communication, problem-solving, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with consultants, clients, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Manufacturer certification in Fire Alarm, PAVA, or voice evacuation systems is an advantage.
