تعلن شركة Honeywell عن توفر وظيفة "مهندس خدمة ميدانية ثاني – أنظمة الجهد المنخفض (ELV) و SCADA" للسعوديين فقط، في المملكة العربية السعودية. تتولى هذا الدور قيادة عقود الخدمة وضمان تشغيل صيانة العقود والخدمات المتصلة والمشاريع الخدمية، مع الالتزام بالمتطلبات التعاقدية وتجاوز توقعات العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فرق مقدمي الخدمة الميدانية أو المقاولين، أو العمل بشكل فردي لتحقيق أهداف أداء العقد والإنتاجية والامتثال للعمليات.
- الحفاظ على مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء وحل مشكلات رضا العملاء.
- تقديم التدريب الفني والتوجيه والإرشاد لمقدمي الخدمة الميدانية الآخرين.
- توليد فرص بيع من المواقع المتعاقد معها، ودعم التقدير، وتقديم عروض الأسعار للعملاء للإضافات والمستجدات المطلوبة.
- القدرة على توقع المخاطر المتعلقة بالتكلفة والجداول الزمنية ورضا العملاء، وضمان تزويد العقود/المشاريع بالموارد المناسبة.
- ضمان تقديم القيمة والخدمات في الوقت المحدد وضمن النطاق والميزانية لعملاء Honeywell.
- التحفيز الذاتي للتحسين المستمر للعمليات وتقديم الخدمات وخبرات الفريق.
- تقديم استشارات خبيرة في حالات الطوارئ والصيانة والاختبار والهندسة والبرمجة والتصميم والتشغيل والتوثيق والإشراف على التركيب وإدارة المقاولين من الباطن وبدء التشغيل والدعم الفني والخدمة والصيانة لأنظمة Honeywell والأنظمة الخارجية (بما في ذلك البرمجيات إن وجدت).
- تشخيص وإصلاح المعدات والأنظمة (أجهزة وبرمجيات) بشكل فعال من حيث الوقت.
- تحقيق وقياس وإبلاغ مؤشرات الأداء وأهداف الخدمة في الموقع.
- تحمل مسؤولية تسليم المشروع/العقد ودورات التكلفة والإيرادات، والحفاظ على المنتجات قيد المراجعة.
- إدارة نظام إرسال الرسائل القصيرة (SMS) وتقارير الأعمال الشهرية (MBR) ومصفوفة تقديم الخدمة والعمل مع الفريق لتحسينها.
- التحقق من الأداء الوظيفي للنظام لضمان التشغيل السليم وفقًا لمتطلبات العقد والرسومات التنفيذية/تسلسل العمليات.
- إنجاز جميع مهام الصيانة التفاعلية والتصحيحية والوقائية الموكلة في الوقت المخصص وحسب الجدول.
- اتباع أنظمة Honeywell الخاصة بإجراءات التشغيل القياسية والصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة.
- إجراء تقييمات المخاطر لجميع المهام وفقًا لسياسة Honeywell والمتطلبات التنظيمية والسلامة.
- الإبلاغ عن الحوادث الوشيكة والحوادث وغيرها من فرص التحسين.
- استيفاء المتطلبات التعاقدية وتجاوز توقعات العملاء، مع المساهمة كعضو في الفريق وفرد.
- الإبلاغ عن الأعطال المستقبلية المحتملة والاضطرابات وغيرها من فرص التحسين.
- إكمال توثيق جميع الأعمال المنجزة بما في ذلك التقارير وغيرها.
- تطوير وصيانة التوثيق الخاص بالموقع ومعلومات ضمان الجودة وفقًا لمتطلبات قائد الفريق أو العقد.
- اختبار ومعايرة والتحقق من صحة الأنظمة والأجهزة الطرفية (يتم الاختبار وفقًا للمعايير والرموز المعمول بها).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الإلكترونية أو الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها من مؤسسة معتمدة أو جامعة مرموقة.
- شهادة PMP أو CEM (يفضل الحصول عليها).
- خبرة 8+ سنوات في أنظمة التيار المنخفض في دور قائد أو مدير مشروع.
- معرفة وخبرة بمنتجات Honeywell، والإلمام بكبار موردي الصناعة مثل Honeywell وSimplex وSiemens وCentraline وAlerton وJohnson Control وSauter وغيرها.
- معرفة عمل وشهادات في معايير NFPA وASHRE ومعايير/GIs أرامكو السعودية واللوائح السعودية والعالمية.
- فهم قواعد البيانات وتقنية المعلومات والشبكات والخوادم وRAID وأجهزة الكمبيوتر.
- مهارات خبيرة في منتجات Honeywell متعددة الخطوط (Niagara وEBI وDVM وCPO ووحدات تحكم سلسلة XL وXLS وTemaline).
- خبرة مثبتة في أنظمة الأمن والصوتيات والمرئيات.
- التواصل الجيد كتابةً ومحادثةً.
- مهارات قوية في اكتشاف الأعطال ومهارات برمجة أساسية في المجال.
- مستوى عمل عالٍ وقدرة جيدة على التوثيق وحفظ السجلات.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتفاعل وبناء علاقات مع العملاء.
- القدرة على اكتساب وإظهار المهارات الفنية و/أو معرفة المنتج لتلبية متطلبات الدور.
- القدرة على العمل بإشراف محدود وتوجيه المقاولين أو مقدمي الخدمة الميدانية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية.
- القدرة على السفر.

Field Service Engineer II
In this role you are expected to lead Service Contracts and ensure smooth operation of Maintenance contracts, connected services and service projects. - Demonstrates Leadership & business acumen and capabilities to Lead Teams
- Leads the Team of FSPs/Contractors OR works solo to reach objectives in terms of contract performance, productivity, and process compliance
- Maintains customer’s satisfaction at high levels, and resolves customer satisfaction issues
- Provide technical training, coaching, and work direction to other FSPs
- Generates Leads from contracted sites, support in estimate, supply quotes to customers on adds and extras identified or as requested.
- Capable to foresee/forecast risk related to costs, schedules, customer satisfaction and ensures contract/projects are resourced properly
- Ensure delivery of value, services on time, within scope, and within budget to Honeywell clients and customers.
- Self-Drive to continuous improvement of operations, service delivery and self & team expertise/capabilities
- Perform and provide expert counsel on emergency, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing, commissioning, documentation, installation supervision, management of sub-contractors, start-up, testing and start-up technical support, service and maintenance on Honeywell and third-party systems (including software where applicable) from simple to complex task in nature
- Perform or provide advice on diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems (both hardware and software) in a time effective manner
- Achieve, measure and report performance indicators & site service objectives
- Take Ownership of Project/Contract delivery, cost and revenue cycles and maintain the deliverables in check
- Own SMS, MBR and Service Delivery Matrix and work with team to improve
- Verify system functional performance to ensure proper operations according to contract requirements and shop drawings/sequence of operations, etc.
- Ensure all assigned reactive, corrective, preventive maintenance tasks are completed in the time allotted and as per schedule.
- Follow & own the Honeywell SOPs, HSE & quality systems
- Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks according to Honeywell policy, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Report near misses, incidents, and other opportunities for improvement.
- Meet contractual requirements and exceeds customer expectations, while also being an team & individual contributor
- Report possible future failures, disturbances, and other opportunities for improvement.
- Complete documentation of all work done, including all reports, etc.
- Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as per team leader or contract requirement
- Test, calibrate and verify system and peripheral devices (testing to be performed according to all applicable standards and codes.
- The ability to demonstrate energy and determination to achieve results and improvement by overcoming obstacles, remaining effective despite setbacks and challenging current thinking
- Actively discourage silo mentalities and attitudes
- Keep abreast of changes and new developments in product and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Previous work experience Saudi Aramco will be added value
- Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directed.
- Bachelors Degree in Electronics or Electrical or Equivalent from an approved institution or reputable university
- PMP/ CEM Certification is preferred
- 8+ Years’ experience in Low Current Systems in Lead or Project Manager role
- Honeywell Product knowledge and experience and must be conversant with leading industry vendors such as Honeywell, Simplex, Siemens, Centraline, Alerton, Johnson Control, Sauter etc.
- Working knowledge and/or certifications of NFPA, ASHRE, Saudi Aramco Standards/GIs, Global and Saudi Building Codes
- Understanding databases, ICT & Networks, Servers, RAID’s and PC’s
- Expert well skills on with multi line Honeywell Products (Niagara, EBI, DVM, CPO, XL series controllers, XLS, Temaline
- Demonstrated experience in Security Systems and Audio Visuals.
- Good communication both written and verbal
- Strong fault-finding skills and industry based basic programming skills
- High standard of work and good documentation and record keeping skills
- Ability to work under pressure, interact and build relationships with customers
- Ability to acquire and demonstrate trade skills and/or product knowledge to meet the requirements of the role.
- Must be able to work with limited supervision and direct contractors or FSP
- Valid driver’s License
- Ability to travel
