Role Description The Video Technician role at Venttat is an on-site position based in the Riyadh Region. The Video Technician will set up, operate, and maintain video equipment for live events, including cameras, projectors, lighting, and video conferencing systems. Daily responsibilities include preparing and testing equipment before events, monitoring video quality during events, adjusting settings for optimal performance, and troubleshooting technical issues in real time. The role also involves coordinating with event managers and other technical staff to ensure smooth execution, maintaining equipment inventory, and performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Conferencing, including setup, operation, and live monitoring.
• Ability to work with Lighting and Projectors to achieve high-quality visual presentation for events.
• Proficient Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues under time constraints.
• Relevant experience in event technical support or audiovisual roles, preferably in live event environments.
• Knowledge of basic electrical safety and equipment maintenance best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with event coordinators and technical crews.
• Vocational training, certification, or coursework in audiovisual technology or a related field is an advantage.
