About the Role

Join MSS in helping keep our IT systems running smoothly while supporting the technology needs of our business and employees. The role supports the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensures system reliability, and provides technical support to users. In addition, it involves maintaining hardware, software, networks, and security systems, and handling basic support and admin ERP functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users (hardware, software, network issues).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimum downtime.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and security policies.
• Maintain and update IT systems, software, and security patches.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues.
• Support ERP systems (Odoo knowledge is a plus).
• Maintain data backups and disaster recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT support and procurement.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Experience with ERP, M365, networking and troubleshooting.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management.
• Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT security controls.

• Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
