المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة واعتماد جميع مستندات المواد المقدمة لضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعاييره.
- مراقبة عمليات الخلط والإنتاج والوضع لضمان الاتساق مع التصاميم المعتمدة للخلطات.
- الإشراف على برامج اختبار المواد بما في ذلك الاختبارات الميدانية والمخبرية.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والمختبرات لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالمواد.
- تقييم واعتماد تصاميم خلطات الخرسانة والأسفلت، وضمان ملاءمتها لمتطلبات المشروع والظروف البيئية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير ضبط الجودة وضمان الجودة (QA/QC) لجميع المواد المستخدمة في المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الجيوتقنية/الجيولوجية.
- خبرة مهنية تتراوح بين 7 إلى 10 سنوات.
- خبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية.
- خبرة في تصميم خلطات الأسفلت والخرسانة.
- خبرة في ضمان الجودة وضبط الجودة (QA/QC).

Requirements
- BSc Civil or Geotechnical/geological Engineering
- 7-10 years of experience
- Infrastructure Experience
- Asphalt and Concrete Mix Design Experience
- QA/QC Experience
- Review and approve all material submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Monitor batching, production, and placement processes to ensure consistency with approved mix designs
- Oversee material testing programs including field and laboratory testing
- Coordinate with contractors and laboratories to resolve material-related issues
- Evaluate and approve concrete and asphalt mix designs, ensuring suitability for project requirements and environmental conditions
- Ensure QA/QC compliance for all materials used across the project
- Technical: Material engineering for infrastructure projects, Concrete and asphalt mix design review and approval, Laboratory and field testing (ASTM/AASHTO standards), QA/QC procedures
- Behavioral: Detail-oriented, analytical
