شركة Napco National تعلن عن وظيفة فني صيانة (MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استلام مهام إصلاح الأعطال من قائد فريق الصيانة وتنفيذ أنشطة الإصلاح وفقاً لتعليمات العمل وأدلة الآلات.
- طلب المساعدة من فني أول أو قائد الفريق لتشخيص الأعطال عند الحاجة.
- طلب قطع الغيار باستخدام نموذج طلب قطع الغيار وتحويل الطلب إلى قائد فريق الصيانة للموافقة المسبقة لضمان الاستهلاك المناسب.
- تنظيف منطقة العمل بعد الانتهاء من الإصلاح وفقاً لتعليمات ما بعد الصيانة لتسليم المنطقة نظيفة وخالية من المخلفات.
- تسجيل وقت الانتهاء ووصف المهام وأي مهام معلقة أو نتائج مكتشفة حديثاً في نموذج طلب الإصلاح لتوثيق السجلات.
- الحصول على ردود فعل وموافقة قائد فريق الإنتاج على نموذج طلب الإصلاح قبل تقديمه لقائد فريق الصيانة لضمان رضا الإنتاج.
- تنفيذ مهام الصيانة المجدولة والوقائية وفقاً لقوائم المراجعة والإبلاغ عن أي نتائج جديدة لجدولتها.
- تنفيذ مهام المعايرة الداخلية بناءً على تعليمات قائد فريق الصيانة وفقاً لتعليمات المعايرة.
- القيام بمهام 5S وفقاً للخطة المحددة لتحسين ظروف العمل.
- التعرف على إجراءات وتعليمات الصحة والسلامة الخاصة بمهام العمل والامتثال لمعايير السلامة.
- المساهمة في أنشطة الصحة والسلامة المهنية وحضور اجتماعات السلامة المطلوبة.
- حضور جميع الدورات التدريبية التي تقدمها الشركة.
- الإبلاغ عن أي حوادث أو حالات قريبة من الخطر أو ظروف غير آمنة للمشرف المباشر.
- تصحيح الظروف غير الآمنة فوراً إذا كان ذلك آمناً وممكناً.
- التأكد من تطبيق جميع احتياطات السلامة قبل بدء أي عمل.
- رفض أداء العمل عند وجود ظروف غير آمنة.
- استخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية المقدمة.
- فحص الأدوات والمعدات والمركبات قبل الاستخدام.
- الإلمام بخطة الاستجابة للطوارئ وموقع الإسعافات الأولية ومعدات مكافحة الحرائق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات القراءة والكتابة والحساب، ويفضل الحصول عليها من خلال شهادة معهد تقني.
- قدرة بدنية جيدة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط عالٍ.
- القدرة على العمل في نوبات متناوبة.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Receive Repair Request tasks from Maintenance Team Leader and carry-out repair activities in accordance with the set Work Instructions (WI) and Machine Manuals in order to get the machine back into adequate working condition.
- Seek Lead Technician or Team Leader assistance in troubleshooting breakdowns upon need.
- Request Spare Parts using the Spare Parts Requisition Form and relay the request to Maintenance Team Leader for pre-approval in order to insure adequate spare part consumption.
- Upon repair completion, clean the working area according to Post Maintenance Cleaning WI in order to handle back the area clean and free from any work residues.
- Upon repair completion, write the Finishing Time, task description, any pending tasks or newly discovered findings on the Repair Request Form (RRF) in order to document records.
- Upon repair completion, seek Production Team Leader feed-back and approval on the RRF, prior to submitting same to Maintenance Team Leader to ensure Production satisfaction on the performed task.
- Receive Scheduled and Preventive Maintenance tasks from Maintenance Team Leader, carry-out activities according to the set checklists and highlight any new finding for further scheduling.
- Carry-out In-house Calibration tasks based on Maintenance Team Leader instructions, according to the set Calibration Work Instructions.
- Assume 5S duties according to the set 5S plan to enhance working condition.
- Become familiar with the health and safety procedures and instructions of his/her function(s) of work.
- Follow NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi Labor rules and legislation.
- Contribute in the different OH&S activities and attend safety meetings as required.
- Attend all training offered by the company.
- Report any incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions or acts to his/her direct supervisor, or to the camp boss in case they are related to the accommodation.
- Immediately correct unsafe conditions, if safe to do so and where possible.
- Ensure that all safety precautions are in place before starting any work.
- Refuse to perform work when unsafe conditions exist.
- Report all incidents and near misses to their supervisor
- Use the provided PPE safety equipment.
- Inspect tools, equipment and vehicles before use.
- Be familiar with the emergency response plan and location of first aid, firefighting equipment.
