الاتصالات السعودية تعلن عن وظيفة مطور تطبيقات تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT Applications Developer) في مدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يهدف هذا المستوى الوظيفي إلى المساعدة في تصميم وتطوير الدوائر والأنظمة وقواعد البيانات والخدمات المؤتمتة للبنية التحتية، وذلك من خلال اتباع الإجراءات والمبادئ التوجيهية القياسية الموصى بها. كما يتولى مسؤولية تجميع البيانات والإبلاغ عنها لدعم قرارات التصميم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء اختبارات محددة على الدوائر والأنظمة والمعدات البسيطة بدقة وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية والمواصفات القياسية.
- إجراء الصيانة والإصلاح للأنظمة والمعدات الحالية تحت إشراف وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق الأكثر خبرة.
- تجميع وتحليل الإحصائيات المتعلقة بأداء أنظمة التصميم الحالية والجديدة باستخدام الأنظمة المناسبة، لدعم اتخاذ القرارات على المستويات العليا.
- ضمان التواصل والالتزام بالمبادئ التوجيهية المعتمدة في جميع عمليات النشر والتنفيذ للبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات.
- نشر البنية التحتية والتطبيقات اللازمة لضمان سير العمليات اليومية بسلاسة.
- تجميع متطلبات البنية التحتية والتطبيقات الواردة من مختلف القطاعات لضمان تلبيتها في الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان مطابقة جميع المواصفات الفنية المتعلقة بالتنفيذ والنشر لتصميم البنية المؤسسية.
- المساعدة في تتبع استخدام التراخيص عبر جميع التطبيقات.
- المساهمة في إدارة البرمجيات والأصول المرتبطة بها.
- معالجة ضبط وتحسين أنظمة قواعد البيانات بالتنسيق مع مالكي التطبيقات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات وتقارير الحاسوب حسب التوجيهات، وضمان دقتها وتحديثها.
- إعداد وتحديث قواعد البيانات اللازمة، بما في ذلك قواعد بيانات طلبات العروض (RFPs) وإدارة الموردين.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق المحددة مسبقاً حسب التوجيهات لضمان الحفاظ على معايير الجودة بالمستوى المطلوب.
- تنفيذ المسؤوليات الموكلة باستمرار، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير والسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة.
- طبيعة الخبرة: تصميم الدوائر/الأنظمة/البنية التحتية/التطبيقات في قطاع التكنولوجيا أو الاتصالات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب.
- شهادات إضافية (مذكورة) - يُفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- كفاءة أساسية في جمع البيانات وتحليلها.
- كفاءة أساسية في إعداد التقارير.
- كفاءة أساسية في إدارة المشاريع.
- كفاءة أساسية في اختبار وإصلاح دوائر الاتصالات.
- كفاءة متوسطة في فهم البنية المعمارية.
- كفاءة متوسطة في تخطيط السعة ودورة حياة الأنظمة.
- كفاءة أساسية في بنية التطبيقات والمعلومات والبيانات والخدمات.
- كفاءة أساسية في أنظمة ERP، ودورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات (SDLC)، ونمذجة العمليات التجارية وقواعد البيانات.

Job Responsibility
- Perform defined tests on simple circuits, systems and equipment, accurately as per the standard guidelines and specifications.
- Perform maintenance and repair of the existing systems and equipment under the direction and supervision of more experienced members of the team.
- Compile and analyse statistics, using systems, on the performance of current and new STC’s design systems, in order to support decision making at a higher level in the team.
- Ensure communication and adherence to established guidelines in all deployment and implementation operations of IT infrastructure.
- Deploy requisite infrastructure and applications required for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collate infrastructure and applications requirements that are received from various Sectors to ensure the requirements are met on time.
- Ensure all technical specifications pertaining to implementation and deployment is in line with the enterprise architecture design.
- Assist in tracking of license utilization across all applications.
- Support in governing software and related assets across.
- Handle the tuning and optimization of database systems in coordination with application owners.
- Maintain computer records and reports as directed, ensuring that these remain accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and updates all the necessary databases, including RFPs and vendor management databases.
- Perform pre-defined inspections and audits as directed in order to ensure Quality standards are maintained at the desired level.
