دله الصحية تعلن عن توفر وظيفة فني سحب عينات (Phlebotomist) في السعودية، وذلك للعمل ضمن فريق الرعاية الصحية المنزلية لسحب العينات من المرضى في منازلهم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء سحب الدم الوريدي والشعيري في منازل المرضى وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة ومعايير الوقاية من العدوى.
- التحقق من هوية المريض باستخدام معرّفين اثنين (مثل الاسم الكامل ورقم السجل الطبي) قبل أي جمع للعينات.
- مراجعة طلبات/أوامر المختبر (ورقية أو إلكترونية) للتأكد من اكتمالها وملاءمة الاختبارات والمعلومات السريرية قبل الجمع.
- تجهيز جميع معدات سحب العينات ومستلزمات حقيبة الزيارة قبل الزيارات المنزلية؛ وضمان جاهزية الحقيبة والالتزام بمتطلبات سلسلة التبريد حيثما ينطبق ذلك.
- تقديم تعليمات واضحة للمرضى/العائلات حول متطلبات ما قبل الاختبار (مثل الصيام، توقيت الأدوية، تناول السوائل) والرعاية بعد الجمع.
- جمع الدم والعينات الأخرى (مثل البول، البراز، المسحات) حسب أوامر الطبيب وبروتوكولات المنظمة، بما في ذلك المرضى الأطفال وكبار السن.
- وضع بطاقات تعريف على جميع العينات بجانب سرير المريض فور الجمع، مع ضمان دقة معرّفات المريض والتاريخ والوقت ومعرف الجامع والاختبار المطلوب.
- إكمال جميع نماذج طلبات المختبر والإدخالات الإلكترونية (مثل WebEMR/LIS) بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- الالتزام الصارم بتدابير الوقاية من العدوى ومكافحتها، بما في ذلك الاستخدام المناسب لمعدات الوقاية الشخصية ونظافة اليدين والتعامل الآمن مع الأدوات الحادة والمواد البيولوجية الخطرة والتخلص منها.
- مراقبة المرضى أثناء وبعد جمع العينات لرصد أي تفاعلات عكسية (مثل الإغماء، النزيف، الورم الدموي) وتقديم الإدارة الأولية المناسبة؛ وإبلاغ الممرض/الطبيب فور الحاجة.
- ضمان التغليف والتخزين والنقل السليم للعينات إلى مختبر المستشفى ضمن الإطارات الزمنية ودرجات الحرارة المطلوبة للحفاظ على سلامة العينة.
- توثيق جميع الإجراءات التي تم إجراؤها في السجل الطبي للمريض، بما في ذلك موقع الجمع والمضاعفات (إن وجدت) وتحمل المريض وأي انحرافات أو مشكلات.
- التواصل الفوري مع الطبيب المُحيل وممرض الرعاية المنزلية وموظفي المختبر بشأن صعوبات الجمع أو مخاطر رفض العينة أو أي مخاوف قد تؤثر على نتائج الاختبار.

- المشاركة بنشاط في برامج السلامة وإدارة المخاطر بالوحدة، بما في ذلك تحديد المخاطر والإبلاغ عن الحوادث الوشيكة والالتزام بسياسات السلامة أثناء الزيارات المنزلية والقيادة.
- الإبلاغ عن الحوادث في نظام الإبلاغ عن الحوادث (مثل إصابات الإبر، العينات المرفوضة أو غير الموسومة، شكاوى المرضى) والمشاركة في مراجعة الحوادث/تحليل الأسباب الجذرية عند الطلب.

- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المختبرات الطبية أو سحب العينات أو التمريض أو مؤهل معادل معترف به.
- ترخيص مهني ساري المفعول من الهيئة التنظيمية المختصة (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية) وفقًا للمتطلبات الوطنية.
- شهادة دعم الحياة الأساسي (BLS) سارية المفعول.
- رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول إذا كان الدور يتضمن القيادة المستقلة إلى منازل المرضى.

• Ensure proper packaging, storage, and transport of specimens to the hospital laboratory within required timeframes and temperature conditions to preserve sample integrity.
