CTS Group تعلن عن وظيفة Lead Low Current (LC) Engineer في الرياض، السعودية. هذه الوظيفة بدوام كامل بمستوى Senior/Lead في قسم الهندسة. سيتولى المرشح قيادة فريق هندسة LC، تطوير ومراجعة تصاميم الأنظمة منخفضة التيار وELV، والعمل كمهندس تقني معتمد لنطاق LC من التصميم حتى التشغيل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم وهندسة أنظمة ELV / التيار المنخفض: الأمن، CCTV، التحكم في الدخول، إنذار الحريق، BMS، ICT/الكابلات المهيكلة، AV، ونظام PA
- وضع معايير تصميم LC، المواصفات، والأساس الفني للتصميم
- تنسيق نطاق LC مع فرق الكهرباء والميكانيكا والمدنية والمعمارية
- مراجعة عروض الموردين، المخططات التنفيذية، وهندسة تكامل الأنظمة
- ضمان قابلية التشغيل البيني وتكامل جميع الأنظمة الفرعية LC
- دعم قابلية البناء، هندسة القيمة، وتحسين التصميم
- توجيه وإرشاد مهندسي ومصممي LC
- دعم اختبارات FAT وSAT والتشغيل والاختبار المتكامل للأنظمة (IST) لأنظمة LC
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الإلكترونيات، الكهرباء، ICT، أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة مثبتة كمهندس أول أو قائد لأنظمة LC/ELV في مشاريع كبيرة
- خلفية في مراكز البيانات أو المنشآت الحيوية أو التقنية العالية (ميزة قوية)
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة ELV: الأمن، الحريق، BMS، ICT، AV
- خبرة في تكامل الأنظمة والكابلات المهيكلة
- فهم قوي للمعايير والبروتوكولات وعمليات ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً

- قيادة تقنية قوية وقدرة على الإرشاد
- مهارات ممتازة في التنسيق والاتصال

What You'll Do
You will lead the LC engineering team, develop and review designs for low-current and ELV systems, drive integration across disciplines, and ensure all LC works meet specification, quality, and program. You will act as the technical authority for LC scope from design through commissioning.

You have a degree in Electronics, Electrical, ICT, or a related discipline, with proven experience leading low-current / ELV design and integration on large-scale projects. You combine technical depth with strong coordination skills.

- Lead design and engineering of ELV / low-current systems: security, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, ICT/structured cabling, AV, and PA
- Set LC design standards, specifications, and technical basis of design
- Coordinate LC scope with electrical, mechanical, civil, and architectural teams
- Review vendor submittals, shop drawings, and system integration architecture
- Ensure interoperability and integration of all LC subsystems
- Support constructability, value engineering, and design optimization
- Guide and mentor LC engineers and designers
- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and integrated systems testing (IST) for LC systems
You have a degree in Electronics, Electrical, ICT, or a related discipline, with proven experience leading low-current / ELV design and integration on large-scale projects. You combine technical depth with strong coordination skills.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems: security, fire, BMS, ICT, and AV
- Expertise in systems integration and structured cabling
- Solid understanding of standards, protocols, and QA/QC processes
- Experience with data center / mission-critical facilities is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a Lead or Senior LC / ELV Engineer on large-scale projects
- Background in data centers, mission-critical, or high-tech facilities
- Experience leading design teams and integrating multiple subsystems
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring ability
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
