🚨 WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR HOTEL E-COMMERCE & DISTRIBUTION MANAGER

Asahl Al Hujuzat | Rehlatna is looking for an experienced Senior Hotel E-Commerce & Distribution Manager to lead and grow our hotel online and offline distribution business.

We are looking for a hands-on hotel distribution expert - not just a digital marketer - with proven experience in OTAs, B2B distribution, Channel Managers, hotel technology, revenue optimization, and commercial partnerships.

🔑 YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for maximizing hotel production, revenue, and distribution through:

• OTAs: Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Trip.com & others

• B2B: Hotelbeds, WebBeds, wholesalers, DMCs, travel agencies & tour operators

• Technology: Channel Managers, PMS, CRS, Booking Engines & XML/API connectivity

• Revenue: Pricing, rate parity, promotions, inventory, allotments & restrictions

• Distribution: Online + offline hotel sales and international B2B markets

• Commercial: Developing new distribution partnerships and increasing room nights

🎯 WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in Hotel E-Commerce / Hotel Distribution / OTA / Revenue Management

• Strong practical knowledge of hotel distribution and online booking systems

• Experience with Channel Managers such as RateTiger, STAAH, SiteMinder, Channex, RateGain or similar

• Experience with major OTAs and B2B hotel wholesalers

• Strong understanding of rates, inventory, mapping, promotions, parity and connectivity

• Proven ability to increase room nights, revenue, ADR, occupancy and channel profitability

• Strong negotiation and commercial skills

• Existing relationships with hotels, OTAs, wholesalers or travel companies is a major advantage

• Saudi Arabia & GCC market experience is highly preferred

• Experience with Makkah, Madinah and Hajj & Umrah accommodation is a strong advantage

• Excellent English communication skills
