نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مهندس أمن سيبراني ذو خبرة عملية في حلول Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) وSeclore Digital Rights Management (DRM) وأمن نقاط النهاية من CrowdStrike. سيتولى المرشح الناجح مسؤولية تنفيذ وتكوين ودمج وصيانة ودعم حلول الأمن السيبراني التي تحمي البيانات الحساسة، وتمنع تسرب المعلومات غير المصرح به، وتؤمن نقاط النهاية المؤسسية ضد التهديدات السيبرانية. يتطلب الدور مهارات تقنية قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وإدارة سياسات الأمن، والقدرة على العمل مع العملاء المؤسسيين وفرق تقنية المعلومات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- Forcepoint DLP: تثبيت وتكوين وإدارة حلول Forcepoint DLP.
- تطوير وتطبيق سياسات منع فقدان البيانات بناءً على متطلبات المؤسسة.
- تكوين ضوابط حماية البيانات لنقاط النهاية والشبكة والبريد الإلكتروني والويب حسب البنية المعمارية المنشورة.
- إجراء استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها ومراقبة صحة النظام وتحسين الأداء.
- Seclore DRM: تنفيذ وإدارة حلول Seclore Data-Centric Security / DRM.
- تكوين سياسات حماية المعلومات بناءً على أدوار المستخدمين والمجموعات والأقسام وحساسية البيانات.
- تكوين التحكم في الوصول إلى المستندات وقيود الاستخدام وإدارة الحقوق.
- دعم التكامل مع Active Directory والتطبيقات المؤسسية وحلول الأمن الأخرى.
- CrowdStrike Endpoint Security: نشر وتكوين وإدارة حلول CrowdStrike Falcon لأمن نقاط النهاية.
- تثبيت وإدارة مستشعرات Falcon عبر أنظمة Windows وغيرها من أنظمة التشغيل المدعومة.
- تكوين سياسات المنع والكشف والاستجابة لنقاط النهاية.
- مراقبة أحداث أمن نقاط النهاية والتحقيق في التنبيهات.
- دعم صيد التهديدات وتحليل البرامج الضارة والتحقيق في حوادث نقاط النهاية.
- تكوين وصيانة سياسات أمن نقاط النهاية والاستثناءات وضوابط الاحتواء وفقًا للإجراءات المعتمدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 4+ سنوات من الخبرة في هندسة الأمن السيبراني.
- خبرة عملية مع Forcepoint DLP وSeclore DRM وCrowdStrike Falcon (أو أدوات أمن مؤسسية مماثلة).
- فهم قوي لمفاهيم منع فقدان البيانات وإدارة حقوق المعلومات والكشف والاستجابة لنقاط النهاية (EDR).
- خبرة في دمج حلول الأمن مع Active Directory والتطبيقات المؤسسية.
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها ومراقبة النظام وتحسين الأداء.
- مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل مع العملاء المؤسسيين وفرق تقنية المعلومات.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الشهادات ذات الصلة (مثل CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator، شهادات Forcepoint، CISSP، CISM، أو ما شابه).
- خبرة في صيد التهديدات وتحليل البرامج الضارة.

Key Responsibilities
Forcepoint DLP
- Install, configure, and administer Forcepoint DLP solutions.
- Develop and enforce data loss prevention policies based on organizational requirements.
- Configure endpoint, network, email, and web data protection controls, as applicable to the deployed architecture.
- Perform troubleshooting, system health monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Implement and administer Seclore Data-Centric Security / DRM solutions.
- Configure information protection policies based on user roles, groups, departments, and data sensitivity.
- Configure document access control, usage restrictions, and rights management.
- Support integration with Active Directory, enterprise applications, and other security solutions.
- Deploy, configure, and administer CrowdStrike Falcon endpoint security solutions.
- Install and manage Falcon sensors across Windows and other supported operating systems.
- Configure endpoint prevention, detection, and response policies.
- Monitor endpoint security events and investigate alerts.
- Support threat hunting, malware analysis, and endpoint incident investigation.
- Configure and maintain endpoint security policies, exclusions, and containment controls in accordance with approved procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering
- Hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP, Seclore DRM, and CrowdStrike Falcon (or equivalent enterprise security tools).
- Strong understanding of data loss prevention, information rights management, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) concepts.
- Experience integrating security solutions with Active Directory and enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, system monitoring, and performance optimization skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with enterprise customers and IT teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator, Forcepoint certifications, CISSP, CISM, or similar).
- Experience with threat hunting and malware analysis.
