نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن محترف متمرس في حلول إدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM) للعمل على تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ حلول SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). ستعمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لتخصيص وتهيئة SailPoint IIQ وفقاً لمتطلبات الأعمال، مع تقديم الخبرة الفنية والتوجيه اللازم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ حلول إدارة الهوية باستخدام SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- تهيئة وتخصيص SailPoint IIQ لتلبية متطلبات إدارة الهوية والوصول.
- تطوير مهام سير العمل والتطبيقات وعمليات التكامل لأتمتة عمليات حوكمة الهوية.
- تقديم الإرشاد الفني لفريق التطوير وتوجيه أفضل الممارسات في SailPoint IIQ.
- التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والمحللين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تسليم المشاريع بنجاح.
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بأداء SailPoint وعمليات التكامل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في SailPoint IIQ وحلول إدارة الهوية وحوكمة الوصول.
- خبرة في بيئات التطوير Agile.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل.
- إقامة سارية (Valid iqama) شرط أساسي.
- شهادات SailPoint تعتبر ميزة إضافية (Nice to have).
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان لغات البرمجة مثل Java وJ2EE وBeanshell وXML وHTML وSQL وJSP وخدمات الويب (REST/SOAP).
- خبرة عملية في مهام سير العمل الخاصة بـ SailPoint والموصلات الشائعة (Active Directory, Azure AD, Oracle ERP وغيرها).
- معرفة قوية بمعمارية SailPoint IIQ ووحداتها وتقنيات التخصيص.
- فهم عميق لمفاهيم وعمليات إدارة الهوية.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, development, and implementation of identity management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Configure and customize SailPoint IIQ to meet identity and access management requirements.
- Develop workflows, applications, and integrations to automate identity governance processes.
- Provide technical mentorship to the development team and guide best practices in SailPoint IIQ.
- Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint performance and integrations.
- 3-5 years of experience with SailPoint IIQ, identity management, and access governance solutions.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, J2EE, Beanshell, XML, HTML, SQL, JSP, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint workflows and common connectors (Active Directory, Azure AD, Oracle ERP, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SailPoint IIQ architecture, modules, and customization techniques.
- Experience with identity management concepts and processes.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valid iqama is a must.
- Good to have SailPoint Certifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
