تعلن شركة روش (Roche) عن توفر وظيفة خبير حلول رقمية (Digital Solutions Expert) في منطقة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تتولى هذا الدور تقديم الدعم الفني (تركيب، صيانة، إصلاح، واستكشاف الأخطاء) لحلول وبرامج روش الرقمية في مواقع العملاء، مع التركيز على تنفيذ وتنظيم ومراقبة وتحسين أداء الحلول التقنية المثبتة بما يتوافق مع معايير روش.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تركيب، تصميم، صيانة، تحسين واستكشاف أخطاء الحلول الرقمية لشركة روش في مواقع العملاء، مع الإبلاغ وتوثيق حالات التركيب والخدمة والدعم على النظام المخصص من روش.
- تقديم استشارات حول حلول الاتصال، الامتثال التنظيمي، المخاوف الأمنية المتعلقة بالحلول الرقمية وتنفيذ المنتجات الرقمية لضمان تركيب وتكامل أهداف ومنتجات روش عبر بروتوكولي HL7 وASTM مع نظام معلومات المستشفى/المختبر (HIS/LIS) ضمن الإطار الزمني والتكاليف المحددة.
- دعم فريق المبيعات في المنتجات ذات الصلة بالرقمنة خلال زيارات البيع وأي متطلبات تقنية أخرى، والأنشطة البيعية والتأهيلية المسبقة، وتقديم عروض تقنية مناسبة للحلول الرقمية.
- ترجمة ميزات الحلول الرقمية إلى فوائد موجهة للعملاء بلغة مفهومة.
- تنفيذ حلول روش الرقمية لدمج التحليلات مع مراحل ما قبل/ما بعد التحليل ومفاهيم تدفق العينات والبيانات لتمكين حلول المختبر المتكاملة.
- إجراء تدريب للعملاء حول الاستخدام الصحيح واستكشاف أخطاء الحلول والأنظمة الرقمية لشركة روش، وتوثيق التدريب وفقًا لمعايير روش.
- دعم العملاء المزودين بالحلول الرقمية في أوقات ومناطق مختلفة حسب احتياجات العمل المتغيرة.
- التواصل مع فريق تقنية المعلومات ونظام HIS/LIS لدى العميل وأصحاب المصلحة لبناء علاقات جيدة.
- رفع الاحتياجات التجارية الجديدة والناشئة إلى فريق تطوير RIS.
- دعم الالتزام بأحدث سياسات ومعايير وإرشادات الأمان.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، الأتمتة، أو الشبكات. يُفضل وجود شهادة دراسات عليا و/أو شهادة في إدارة المشاريع.
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في تقنية المعلومات الصحية (نظام معلومات المختبر، نظام معلومات المستشفى)، بالإضافة إلى خبرة عملية في حلول تقنية المعلومات الصحية، بيئة ويندوز والخوادم، وفهم عام لطوبولوجيا الشبكات وتصميمها.
- خبرة عملية في بروتوكولي HL7/ASTM، الشبكات، ومفاهيم قواعد البيانات، ومعرفة جيدة بقواعد بيانات SQL، لائحة حماية البيانات العامة (GDPR)، وحلول الجدران النارية (مثل Fortigate).
- معرفة معمقة وخبرة عملية في حلول تقنية المعلومات لشركة روش (Navify Solutions).
- مهارات متقدمة في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء.
- مبادرة، ديناميكية، والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

The Position

Your Responsibilities
- Install, design, maintain, optimize and troubleshoot Roche Digital solutions at customer sites. Followed by reporting & documenting install, service & support cases on a designated system provided by Roche
- Provides consultation on connectivity solutions, regulatory compliance, security concerns related to Roche Digital solutions and the implementation of Digital products to ensure goals and objectives of Roche products are installed and Integrated via HL7 and ASTM with Hospital/Laboratory Information System (HIS/LIS), within the prescribed timeframe and cost parameters
- Support the Sales team in digital-related products during sales visits and any other IT technical requirements, tendering and presales activities. Conduct proper technical presentations for Roche Digital Solutions
- Understand and translate the features of the Digital Solutions products into customer-oriented benefits communication
- Implement Roche Digital solutions for combining analytics and pre- / post-analytics with sample and data flow concepts to enable total lab solutions
- Conducts customer training regarding proper use and troubleshooting of Roche Digital solutions and systems & document customer training as per Roche standards
- Supporting provided customers with Roche Digital solutions at different times & areas depending on the changing business needs
- Engage with the customer HIS/LIS & IT team and the necessary stakeholders, to build good relationships
- Escalate the new and trending business needs to the RIS development team.
- Support adherence to the latest security policies standards and guidelines
- You hold a BSc degree in IT, Computer Science, Automation, or Networking. Post graduate degree and/or project management certification are preferred
- You have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of work experience in Healthcare IT (Laboratory Information System, Hospital Information System). You also built experience with practical IT solutions in Healthcare, Windows OS & Server environment / Common understanding of network topology and design
- You have practical working experience in HL7/ASTM protocols, networks and database concept. In addition, you built good knowledge of SQL database, Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and firewall solutions (Ex Fortigate)
- You have in-depth knowledge and practical work experience with Roche IT solutions (Navify Solutions)
- You have advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- You are proactive, dynamic, and able to work under pressure
- You have strong communications and presentation skills both oral and written, and are able to convince.
