المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة أطر ومعايير إدارة الجودة عبر المشاريع والعمليات.
- مراقبة وتقييم سير العمل وإجراء عمليات تدقيق الجودة وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات الداخلية والخارجية.
- تحليل البيانات وإعداد تقارير الجودة وتنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالجودة.
- دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر وتقديم الإرشاد بشأن أفضل الممارسات في ضمان الجودة ومراقبتها.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية لتفسير البيانات وتحديد الاتجاهات ودعم اتخاذ القرارات المبنية على الأدلة.
- مهارات إدارة الجودة وضمان الجودة لتصميم وتنفيذ والإشراف على أنظمة ومعايير جودة فعالة.
- مهارات مراقبة الجودة لمراقبة العمليات وإجراء الفحوصات والتحقق من الامتثال للمعايير المحددة.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة لتوثيق النتائج وإعداد التقارير والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
- خبرة في منهجيات تحسين العمليات (مثل Lean أو Six Sigma)؛ ميزة إضافية.
- الإلمام بمعايير الجودة واللوائح ذات الصلة؛ ميزة إضافية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة الجودة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئة متعددة التخصصات وإدارة أولويات متعددة.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to document findings, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
