نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى فني الجودة مسؤولية فحص واختبار المواد الخام والمكونات قيد التصنيع وأعمال الصيانة والإصلاح والمركبات وقطع الغيار والأدوات والمنتجات النهائية للتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة والسلامة والمواصفات القطاعية. يدعم هذا الدور أنشطة ضمان الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (QHSE) من خلال إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق، وتوثيق حالات عدم المطابقة، ودعم تحليل الأسباب الجذرية والإجراءات التصحيحية، والحفاظ على سجلات جودة دقيقة. يعمل فني الجودة بشكل وثيق مع فرق الصيانة والإصلاح والتصنيع وغيرها من الفرق ذات الصلة لضمان جودة المنتج والامتثال وإمكانية التتبع والتحسين المستمر.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • فحص واختبار المواد الخام والمكونات قيد التصنيع والمركبات وقطع الغيار والأدوات وأعمال الصيانة والإصلاح والمنتجات النهائية للتحقق من مطابقتها للمتطلبات الفنية ومعايير الجودة المحددة.
  • التحقق من الالتزام بمعايير الشركة والعملاء والقطاع والجودة والسلامة والتنظيمية المعمول بها.
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش الجودة وعمليات تفتيش السلامة الأساسية في مكان العمل لتحديد العيوب والتناقضات والمخاطر وحالات عدم المطابقة.
  • إجراء عمليات تدقيق الجودة الداخلية والخارجية وفقاً لمعايير وإجراءات الجودة المعمول بها.
  • تحديد وتوثيق والإبلاغ عن مشكلات الجودة والعيوب وعدم المطابقة والظروف غير الآمنة.
  • إجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية لحالات فشل الجودة وعدم المطابقة ودعم تطوير وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للجودة والتفتيش والتدقيق وQHSE لدعم إمكانية التتبع والتحسين المستمر.
  • دعم أنشطة الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة عند الاقتضاء.
  • تطبيق مبادئ تقييم المخاطر وتحديد المخاطر الأساسية أثناء أنشطة التفتيش ومكان العمل.
  • العمل بشكل استباقي مع فرق الصيانة والإصلاح والتصنيع وغيرها من الفرق ذات الصلة لمعالجة مخاوف الجودة ومنع تكرارها.
  • التنسيق مع الشركاء الخارجيين والموردين لحل مشكلات الجودة ودعم الامتثال للمتطلبات المعمول بها.
  • التحقق من فعالية الإجراءات التصحيحية وتحسينات الجودة لضمان معالجة المشكلات المحددة بشكل مناسب.
  • المساهمة في إنشاء وتحسين عمليات الجودة وQHSE لتعزيز اتساق المنتج والامتثال.
  • دعم وتثقيف أعضاء الفريق في الحفاظ على معايير الجودة والسلامة المطلوبة.
  • ضمان إجراء جميع أنشطة الجودة والتفتيش وفقاً لإجراءات ومتطلبات QHSE المعمول بها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة دبلوم مشارك أو دبلوم تقني في ضمان الجودة أو الهندسة أو الميكانيكا أو الكهرباء أو الكيمياء أو أي مجال تقني/علمي ذي صلة؛ يفضل درجة البكالوريوس.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ضمان الجودة أو مراقبة الجودة أو أنظمة إدارة الجودة ضمن بيئة هندسية أو تصنيعية أو صناعية أو MRO أو طيران أو دفاع.
  • يفضل خبرة في العمل مع المعدات أو الأنظمة العسكرية/المرتبطة بالأسلحة.
  • معرفة بعمليات تفتيش الجودة والتدقيق وعدم المطابقة والإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • معرفة أساسية بمعايير ISO 9001 وISO 14001 وISO 45001.
  • معرفة أساسية بتقييم المخاطر وتحديد المخاطر.
  • معرفة أساسية بالإبلاغ عن الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة.
  • القدرة على إجراء عمليات تفتيش السلامة الأساسية في مكان العمل وعمليات تفتيش الجودة.
  • القدرة على إعداد والحفاظ على تقارير الجودة وQHSE وقوائم المراجعة وسجلات التفتيش والوثائق الأخرى ذات الصلة.
  • يفضل شهادة سلامة معترف بها مثل IOSH أو ما يعادلها.
  • مهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً.
  • إتقان استخدام MS Office وخاصة Word وExcel.
  • مهارات قوية في الانتباه للتفاصيل والتنظيم وحل المشكلات والعمل الجماعي والتواصل والتوجه نحو خدمة العملاء.
  • مسؤولية عالية وقدرة على العمل بفعالية مع فرق متعددة الوظائف.

Job Overview:

The Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting and testing raw materials, in-process components, maintenance and repair work, vehicles, parts, tools, and finished products to ensure compliance with technical, quality, safety, and industry specifications.

The role supports quality assurance and QHSE activities by conducting inspections and audits, identifying and documenting non-conformances, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions, and maintaining accurate quality records. The Quality Technician works closely with maintenance, repair, manufacturing, and other relevant teams to ensure product quality, compliance, traceability, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test raw materials, in-process components, vehicles, parts, tools, maintenance and repair work, and finished products to ensure compliance with specified technical and quality requirements.
  • Verify adherence to applicable company, customer, industry, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Perform quality inspections and basic workplace safety inspections to identify defects, discrepancies, hazards, and non-conformances.
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits in accordance with applicable quality standards and procedures.
  • Identify, document, and report quality issues, defects, non-conformances, and unsafe conditions.
  • Perform root cause analysis for quality failures and non-conformances and support the development and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate quality, inspection, audit, and QHSE records to support traceability and continuous improvement.
  • Support incident and near-miss reporting activities when applicable.
  • Apply basic risk assessment and hazard identification principles during inspection and workplace activities.
  • Work proactively with maintenance, repair, manufacturing, and other relevant teams to address quality concerns and prevent recurrence.
  • Liaise with external partners and suppliers to resolve quality issues and support compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and quality improvements to ensure identified issues are properly addressed.
  • Contribute to establishing and improving quality and QHSE processes to enhance product consistency and compliance.
  • Support and educate team members in maintaining required quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure all quality and inspection activities are conducted in accordance with applicable QHSE procedures and requirements.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or Technical Diploma in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemistry, or a related technical/scientific field; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Management Systems within an engineering, manufacturing, industrial, MRO, aerospace, or defense environment.
  • Experience working with military/weapon-related equipment or systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection, auditing, non-conformance, and corrective action processes.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Basic knowledge of risk assessment and hazard identification.
  • Basic knowledge of incident and near-miss reporting.
  • Ability to conduct basic workplace safety and quality inspections.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain quality and QHSE reports, checklists, inspection records, and other relevant documentation.
  • IOSH or equivalent recognized safety certification is preferred.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and customer-focused skills.
  • Strong accountability and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
