سيتولى المرشح الناجح ملكية كاملة لتيارات العمل التجارية من البداية حتى الإغلاق، مع إدارة أنشطة متعددة بالتزامن، وتحديد المخاطر والفرص وحلها بشكل استباقي، والعمل بأقل إشراف لتحقيق نتائج متميزة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الملكية الكاملة لتيارات العمل التجارية المخصصة من البداية حتى الإغلاق
- إدارة مراقبة تكاليف المشروع بما في ذلك الميزانيات والتوقعات وتقارير التكلفة حتى الإنجاز
- إدارة حسابات المقاولين من الباطن بما في ذلك التقييمات والمدفوعات والحسابات النهائية
- إعداد وتقييم التغييرات وأوامر التغيير والمطالبات بما يضمن الامتثال التعاقدي
- إعداد تقارير تجارية دقيقة بما في ذلك تحليل التدفق النقدي وتباين التكاليف

الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة جامعية في مسح الكميات أو تخصص تقني مشابه
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال مسح الكميات مع خبرة مثبتة على مستوى Senior Quantity Surveyor
- معرفة قوية بالإدارة التجارية وإدارة العقود
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة تيارات عمل متعددة بشكل مستقل
- سجل حافل في تقديم مخرجات دقيقة وكاملة وعالية الجودة
- MRICS (عضو المعهد الملكي للمساحين القانونيين) - مفضل. في حال عدم الحصول عليه، يجب إظهار تقدم واضح نحو الحصول على الاعتماد ضمن إطار زمني متفق عليه

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) to support the commercial delivery of major projects (Post Contract). This role requires an individual who can take full ownership of commercial workstreams, operate with minimal supervision, and produce high-quality, complete outputs aligned with client and project expectations.
The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, accountability, and urgency, with the ability to independently drive commercial activities through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Management & Ownership
- Take full ownership of assigned commercial workstreams, from initiation through to close-out
- Manage multiple concurrent activities, ensuring alignment with project priorities and deadlines
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and commercial issues, driving them to resolution
Cost & Contract Management (Post Contract)
- Manage project cost control, including budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete reporting
- Administer subcontractor accounts, including valuations, payments, and final accounts
- Prepare and assess variations, change orders, and claims, ensuring full contractual compliance
- Maintain accurate commercial reporting, including cash flow and cost variance analysis
- Proactively identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
- Ensure effective contract administration in line with contract conditions
- Support and contribute to the final account agreement and close-out
- Ensure all commercial activities are delivered in line with contractual obligations and company procedures
Reporting & Deliverables
- Produce high-quality, accurate, and complete outputs with minimal rework required
- Deliver clear and detailed commercial reports demonstrating strong understanding and analysis
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations in terms of detail, completeness, and professionalism
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Engage effectively with client(s), contractors, and internal teams
- Support the Senior Commercial Manager with strategic commercial input
- Build and maintain strong working relationships while protecting commercial interests
Proactive Delivery
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in progressing and closing out actions
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative without constant direction
- Anticipate requirements and act ahead of deadlines
- Developing Acquisition Strategies
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, with proven experience at Senior QS level
- Strong knowledge of commercial management and contract administration
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
- Strong track record of delivering accurate, complete, and high-quality outputs
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Strong organisational capability with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Effective prioritisation skills with the ability to respond to changing project demands
- High attention to detail, ensuring thorough, accurate, and quality-driven work

Professional Accreditation
- MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) - preferred
- Candidates not yet chartered must show clear progression toward achieving MRICS, with an expectation to obtain accreditation within an agreed timeframe
