نبذة عن الوظيفة
قيادة وتنفيذ أنشطة الدعم اللوجستي المتكامل (ILS) وهندسة دعم المنتج أثناء الخدمة لبرامج الصيانة والإصلاح والتجديد (MRO) للمركبات العسكرية وأنظمة الأسلحة عالية الوضوح في المملكة العربية السعودية. تشمل المسؤوليات تحليل FRACAS، الموثوقية وقابلية الصيانة، مراقبة التقادم (DMSMS)، تخطيط الصيانة، وتحديد قطع الغيار ومعدات الدعم اللازمة للحفاظ على الجاهزية التشغيلية. تحويل أدلة التشغيل والصيانة إلى توصيات فنية عملية ووثائق ILS متوافقة مع عقيدة العميل والمتطلبات التعاقدية ومتطلبات الدفاع السعودية والمعايير الدولية المعترف بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وتنفيذ مفاهيم الصيانة وتحليل مهام الصيانة ومستوى الإصلاح (LORA) وفقاً لعقيدة العميل والمتطلبات التعاقدية وسير عمل MRO.
- تحديد وتحسين حزم قطع الغيار والأدوات الخاصة ومعدات الاختبار ومعدات دعم الورش لكل نوع من المنصات ومستوى الصيانة المنطبق.
- إنشاء وتشغيل عملية FRACAS مغلقة الحلقة تشمل الإبلاغ عن الأعطال والفحص والتحقيق في السبب الجذري والإجراءات التصحيحية والتحقق من الفعالية والإغلاق الرسمي.
- تحليل بيانات التشغيل والصيانة لمراقبة الموثوقية وقابلية الصيانة والجاهزية التشغيلية والأعطال المتكررة وتوقف المعدات، وتقديم توصيات قائمة على الأدلة للتحسين.
- إدارة المراقبة الاستباقية للتقادم (DMSMS)، بما في ذلك تقييم المخاطر والتخفيف من خلال التوريد البديل أو تطوير الإصلاح أو الشراء مدى الحياة أو الهندسة العكسية أو إعادة التصميم، حسبما يكون مناسباً من الناحية الفنية والتجارية.
- تطوير وصيانة مخرجات ILS والوثائق الفنية، بالتنسيق مع فرق الصيانة والمتخصصين الهندسيين والمصنّعين الأصليين (OEMs) والمشتريات والجودة والشؤون القانونية وممثلي العملاء لتطبيق حلول الاستدامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو النظم أو الميكاترونكس أو الصناعية أو أي تخصص هندسي آخر ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية مثبتة في الدعم اللوجستي المتكامل (ILS) أو تحليل دعم المنتج أو FRACAS أو إدارة الموثوقية وقابلية الصيانة والتقادم للأنظمة المعقدة.
- معرفة عملية بالمعايير المعمول بها والمشار إليها تعاقدياً مثل MIL-HDBK-502A وMIL-HDBK-2155 وSAE GEIA-STD-0007 وIEC 62402 وIEC 60812 وSAE GEIA-STD-0009.
- خبرة في التحقيق في الأعطال وتحليل السبب الجذري وFMEA/FMECA وتحليل اتجاهات بيانات الصيانة باستخدام مقاييس مثل MTBF وMTTR والأعطال المتكررة والتوقف والجاهزية التشغيلية.
- معرفة بتحليل مهام الصيانة وLORA وRCM وتحليل قطع الغيار والكتيبات الفنية والرسومات وسجلات الصيانة، مع كفاءة في بيانات CMMS/ERP وأدوات التحليل مثل Excel أو Power BI.
- خبرة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في مجال الدعم اللوجستي المتكامل أو تحليل دعم المنتج أو الموثوقية وقابلية الصيانة أو هندسة MRO، منها سنتان على الأقل في بيئة دفاعية أو مركبات عسكرية أو أنظمة أسلحة أو بيئة مشابهة معقدة وحساسة للسلامة.
- تفكير تحليلي قوي، حل منظم للمشكلات، اهتمام بالتفاصيل وحكم فني سليم.
- مؤهل للحصول على التصريح الأمني ومتطلبات الوصول للمنشآت الدفاعية السعودية.
- تواصل كتابي وشفهي واضح، تنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة، مهارات تفاوض.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات، تحديد أولويات الحالات المتعددة، الوفاء بالمواعيد المستهدفة، والعمل في بيئات مكتبية وورش وميدانية، بما في ذلك السفر إلى مواقع العملاء أو المواقع التشغيلية عند الحاجة.

Job purpose:
Lead and execute Integrated Logistics Support and in-service product-support engineering activities for high-visibility military vehicle and weapon-system MRO programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The role is responsible for FRACAS, reliability and maintainability analysis, obsolescence and DMSMS monitoring, maintenance planning, and defining the spares and support equipment needed to sustain operational availability.
Convert operational and maintenance evidence into practical technical recommendations and ILS documentation aligned with customer doctrine, contractual requirements, applicable Saudi defence requirements and recognised international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement maintenance concepts, maintenance-task analysis and level-of-repair requirements aligned with customer doctrine, contractual requirements and MRO workflows.
- Define and optimise spare-parts packages, special tools, test equipment and workshop support equipment for each platform variant and applicable maintenance level.
- Establish and operate a closed-loop FRACAS process covering failure reporting, screening, root-cause investigation, corrective action, effectiveness verification and formal closure.
- Analyse operational and maintenance data to monitor reliability, maintainability, operational availability, recurring failures and equipment downtime, and recommend evidence-based improvements.
- Manage proactive obsolescence and DMSMS monitoring, including risk assessment and mitigation through alternate sourcing, repair development, lifetime buy, reverse engineering or redesign, as technically and commercially appropriate.
Develop and maintain ILS deliverables and technical documentation, coordinating with maintenance teams, engineering specialists, OEMs, Procurement, Quality, Legal and customer representatives to implement sustainment solutions.
Minimum requirements of role:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in Integrated Logistics Support, Product Support Analysis, FRACAS, reliability, maintainability and obsolescence management for complex systems.
- Working knowledge of applicable and contractually invoked standards, including MIL-HDBK-502A, MIL-HDBK-2155, SAE GEIA-STD-0007, IEC 62402, IEC 60812 and SAE GEIA-STD-0009.
- Experience in failure investigation, root-cause analysis, FMEA/FMECA and maintenance-data trending using measures such as MTBF, MTTR, recurring failure, downtime, and operational availability.
- Knowledge of maintenance-task analysis, LORA, RCM, spares analysis, technical manuals, drawings and maintenance records, with competence in CMMS/ERP data and analytical tools such as Excel or Power BI.
- Minimum of five years' relevant experience in ILS, Product Support Analysis, reliability, maintainability or MRO engineering, with at least two years in a defence, military vehicle, weapon-system or similarly complex safety-critical environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, attention to detail and sound technical judgement.
- Eligible for the security clearance and site-access requirements applicable to Saudi defence facilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently within multidisciplinary teams, prioritise multiple cases, meet target dates, and work in office, workshop and field environments, including travel to customer or operational sites when required.
