تعلن شركة Auxo Talent عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لعالم بيانات / محلل بيانات (Data Scientist) متخصص في تحليلات بطاقات الائتمان والخصم، للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، بعقد لمدة 12 شهرًا، ضمن قطاع الخدمات المصرفية والمالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل بيانات العملاء والمعاملات والمحافظ لتحديد الفرص والاتجاهات التجارية.
- تطوير نماذج تقسيم العملاء استنادًا إلى البيانات السلوكية والمعاملات والديموغرافية.
- بناء وتطبيق نماذج تنبؤية لسلوك العملاء والاحتفاظ بهم والاكتساب والبيع المتبادل والبيع الإضافي والميول (propensity).
- تحليل أداء محفظة بطاقات الائتمان، وإنفاق العملاء، والإيرادات، والربحية.
- دعم تحليلات الحملات التسويقية وقياس أدائها وعائد الاستثمار.
- تحديد فرص تحسين مشاركة العملاء والإيرادات وأداء المحفظة.
- إجراء التحليلات الإحصائية وترجمة النتائج التحليلية إلى توصيات تجارية قابلة للتنفيذ.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق الأعمال والمنتجات والتسويق والمخاطر.
- تطوير التقارير التحليلية ولوحات البيانات (dashboards) لإيصال الرؤى بفعالية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في القطاع المصرفي / الخدمات المالية.
- خبرة في تحليلات بطاقات الائتمان / الخصم.
- خبرة في تقسيم العملاء (Customer Segmentation).
- خبرة في النمذجة التنبؤية / التعلم الآلي (Predictive Modeling / Machine Learning).
- خبرة في تحليلات العملاء / المحافظ (Customer / Portfolio Analytics).
- خبرة في تحليلات الإيرادات والربحية (Revenue & Profitability Analytics).
- إتقان قوي للغة SQL.
- إتقان قوي للغة Python.
- خبرة في التعامل مع بيانات المعاملات / العملاء.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية ومهارات تواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة.

Data Scientist - Credit/debit card analytics
Industry: Banking & Financial Services
Location: Saudi Arabia - Onsite
Contract: 12 Months
We are looking for a Data Scientist / Data Analyst with strong experience in banking analytics, credit/debit card analytics, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling to support data-driven business and customer strategy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer, transaction, and portfolio data to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Develop customer segmentation models based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.
- Build and apply predictive models for customer behavior, retention, acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and propensity.
- Analyze credit card portfolio performance, customer spend, revenue, and profitability.
- Support campaign analytics and measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, revenue, and portfolio performance.
- Perform statistical analysis and translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Work closely with business, product, marketing, and risk stakeholders.
- Develop analytical reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
