تعلن شركة EssilorLuxottica، الشركة العالمية الرائدة في تصميم وتصنيع وتوزيع العدسات الطبية والإطارات والنظارات الشمسية، عن توفر وظيفة Logistics Manager (F/M) في مكة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مدير اللوجستيات مسؤولية تخطيط وتوجيه ومراقبة جميع الأنشطة اللوجستية، بما في ذلك النقل والتخزين وعمليات الاستيراد/التصدير والتخليص الجمركي والتوزيع داخل المملكة العربية السعودية والأسواق الدولية. يضمن الامتثال لسياسات المجموعة واللوائح السعودية، والكفاءة التشغيلية، وتحسين التكاليف، وتسليم المنتجات للعملاء بأمان وكفاءة وفي الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات اللوجستية: تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لوجستية متوافقة مع أهداف العمل. إدارة أنشطة النقل الداخلي والخارجي عبر أسواق المملكة ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. الإشراف على عمليات المستودعات ومراكز التوزيع. ضمان تسليم المنتجات للعملاء في الوقت المحدد وبكفاءة من حيث التكلفة. مراقبة أنشطة مركز التوزيع والتنسيق مع أقسام المشتريات ومركز التوزيع والإنتاج وفرق الأعمال. تحسين طرق النقل واستخدام المستودعات. تنسيق تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA) الناتجة عن عمليات التدقيق أو التفتيش أو الانحرافات أو شكاوى العملاء. ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة اللوجستية وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) المعتمدة.
- إدارة الأسطول: إدارة أسطول الشركة (سيارات/دراجات)، بما في ذلك الاستخدام وجدولة الصيانة والتسجيل والتأمين والترخيص. ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات تأهيل السائقين والتدريب وسلامة الطرق. مراقبة استهلاك الوقود وإنتاجية الأسطول وتكاليف النقل. ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الهيئة العامة للنقل (TGA) المتعلقة بعمليات الأسطول وإدارة السائقين.
- إدارة الميزانية والتكاليف: تطوير وإدارة الميزانيات التشغيلية للوجستيات. مراقبة تكاليف النقل والتخزين والجمارك والتوزيع. تحديد وتنفيذ مبادرات توفير التكاليف مع الحفاظ على مستويات الخدمة. دعم عمليات إعداد الميزانية السنوية والتنبؤ.
- الامتثال الجمركي والتجاري: ضمان الامتثال لسياسات المجموعة واللوائح الجمركية السعودية ومتطلبات الاستيراد/التصدير بالتنسيق مع فريق الامتثال التجاري لمنطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا (EMEA). تنسيق أنشطة التخليص الجمركي مع السماسرة ووكلاء الشحن والجهات الحكومية. الاحتفاظ بوثائق الشحن والتجارة الدقيقة. مراقبة التغييرات في الرسوم الجمركية والاتفاقيات التجارية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- الامتثال التنظيمي: ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات قانون العمل السعودي، واللوائح الجمركية السعودية، واللوائح الصادرة عن هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA)، ولوائح النقل الصادرة عن الهيئة العامة للنقل (TGA)، ولوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- المتطلبات الخاصة بالقطاع: ضمان الامتثال الكامل للمتطلبات الصادرة عن الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء (SFDA) فيما يتعلق بتخزين ونقل وتوزيع واستيراد وتتبع المنتجات الصيدلانية والرعاية الصحية. الحفاظ على الامتثال لممارسات التخزين والتوزيع الجيدة (GSDP/GDP) عبر جميع أنشطة التخزين والنقل. ضمان حصول جميع المستودعات ومقدمي النقل وشركاء التوزيع على التراخيص والموافقات اللازمة. ضمان تسجيل جميع حركات المنتجات في أنظمة التتبع الإلكترونية المعتمدة من SFDA عند الاقتضاء.
- إدارة الموردين والناقلين: بالتعاون مع قسم المشتريات والتوريد: اختيار وتقييم وإدارة مقدمي خدمات النقل وشركاء الخدمات اللوجستية. التفاوض على العقود واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة. مراقبة أداء الموردين وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الضرورة.
- قيادة الفريق: قيادة وتطوير فرق الخدمات اللوجستية والتخزين ومراكز التوزيع والنقل. وضع أهداف الأداء وإجراء تقييمات دورية. تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والمساءلة والتحسين المستمر.
- إدارة الأداء: مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) للوجستيات وتحديد فرص التحسين. إعداد تقارير الإدارة ولوحات المعلومات التشغيلية. قيادة مبادرات خفض التكاليف وتحسين العمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- معرفة قوية باللوائح اللوجستية والنقل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- فهم إجراءات التخليص الجمركي والامتثال التجاري الدولي.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (شرط أساسي).
- خبرة مع أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) مثل SAP (ميزة إضافية).
- مهارات متقدمة في Microsoft Excel وتحليل البيانات.
- قيادة قوية وخبرة في إدارة الأفراد (مطلوب للنجاح في الدور).
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- خبرة في إدارة الميزانية والتحكم في التكاليف.
- مهارات التفاوض على العقود وإدارة الموردين.
- معرفة قوية بلوائح الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء (SFDA).
- خبرة في إدارة عمليات تدقيق SFDA والتفتيش التنظيمي.

Your role
The Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling all logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, import/export operations, customs clearance, and distribution within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and international markets. The role ensures compliance with group policies & Saudi regulations, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and products are delivered to customers safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Main Responsibilities
Logistics Operations Management
- Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage inbound and outbound transportation activities across KSA and GCC markets.
- Oversee warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor distribution center activities and coordinate with procurement, CIC, production, and business teams.
- Optimize transportation routes and warehouse utilization.
- Coordinate CAPA implementation resulting from audits, inspections, deviations, or customer complaints.
- Ensure all logistics activities are conducted according to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage company-owned fleet, including vehicle/Bike utilization, maintenance planning, registration, insurance, and licensing.
- Ensure compliance with driver qualification, training, and road safety requirements.
- Monitor fuel consumption, fleet productivity, and transportation costs.
- Ensure compliance with TGA requirements related to fleet operations and driver management.
- Develop and manage logistics operating budgets.
- Monitor transportation, warehousing, customs, and distribution costs.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service levels.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance group policies & Saudi customs regulations and import/export requirements in alignment with EMEA Trade Compliance Team.
- Coordinate customs clearance activities with brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities.
- Maintain accurate shipping and trade documentation.
- Monitor changes in customs duties, trade agreements, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law requirements, Saudi Customs regulations, Regulations issued by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), Transportation regulations issued by the Transport General Authority (TGA), Environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Ensure full compliance with requirements issued by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regarding storage, transportation, distribution, importation, and traceability of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
- Maintain compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP/GDP) across all warehousing and transportation activities.
- Ensure all warehouses, transport providers, and distribution partners maintain the required licenses and approvals.
- Ensure all product movements are recorded in SFDA-approved traceability and electronic tracking systems where applicable.
In collaboration with the procurement & sourcing department
- Select, evaluate, and manage transportation providers and logistics service partners.
- Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead and develop logistics, warehouse, DC and transportation teams.
- Establish performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare management reports and operational dashboards.
- Drive cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi logistics and transportation regulations.
- Understanding of customs clearance procedures and international trade compliance.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analytics capabilities.
- Strong leadership and experience in people-management is required to succeed in the role
- Excellent communication skills.
- Budget management and cost-control expertise.
- Contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Strong knowledge of SFDA regulations
- Experience managing SFDA audits and regulatory inspections.
- Project management and organizational abilities.
